Oh yes, that would've helped tremendously! Knowing I had a bj as reward waiting for me (with constant physical reminder of that hand holding) would have taken my mind out of the moment.  I suppose I have six months to set that up for next time!

It would never happen, but finding a provider willing to go with me to a dentist appointment would make me get over that phobia pretty quickly - I could tolerate teeth cleanings if they were combined with a blowjob ;-)
