From 2007 to 2010 i was very active in the hobby and on TER. Tried to get my old handle - channelguy - back, couldn't get it activated.
Married, again (WTF?!) to a nice lady who has severe physical problems so no sex. Would love to have my old reviews so i could have some verification to providers.
This sure is tough to do in my late 60's but everything still works down t here!
Fester is wrong on this one.. The total count of the reviews matters a lot as well.. I came back after 5 yrs of hiatus and still use my older reviews..
I don't know how many reviews OP had, but if you have good number of reviews, that goes a long way.
True it depends on the provider. But my experience is they start disregarding anything older than six months. I recently had a provider disregard a reference because the referenced provider hadn't logged into p411 in 10 days (actually she had, but that's beside the point.) . Providers can be pretty arbitrary.
Did a search and found Your posts and reviews as “channelguy” are still available to be viewed. I suspect if you remember you old password for “channelguy” you could get on with that name.
You would of course have to delete the name racerman1852 because as I’m sure you know you cannot have more than one user name.
Contact TER under Help/Contact Us/Membership Inquiry to see if they can help. I had a similar issue after TER effectively shut down in the US for an extended period after FOSTA/SESTA.
...to contact you. If you can't remember your channelguy password and if you still have that email address, you should contact TER and explain your situation. Like most people, you probably have far more passwords than email addresses so the channelguy email address for TER should be easier to find than your password.
Or you can try to login with the username 'channelguy.' Then click "Forgot Password." TER will send a temporary password to log in. IF you remember your channelguy email address (and the password for that email address), you can log on as channelguy.
Idk how you could if their super old. I am glad everything still works down there. Lol! Smile for me! Welcome back to the hobby lifestyle. I would suggest seeing & reviewing a reputable provider, then ask her to whitelist you here on TER.
I’ve always loved the whitelist! I have even whitelisted other cool providers I have met over the years. I am always surprised when someone has many from OG’s of the industry it’s impressive. Happy hobbying! Xoxo
"there," "they're," "their." If you want to be a queen, learn the difference. Also, White Lists are useless. I have one from a provider I never even met.
