When seeing a provider that lists half-hour rates (or even 15 minutes), I have generally ignored it and just paid the hourly fee. First, I don’t like to be rushed. Second, although at my age and physiology coming up with a second-cup is extremely unlikely, I certainly do not mind it when a provider makes an effort or at least asks. In several cases, I felt so spent that I just apologized that it wasn’t likely right off. Unfortunately more often then not, there is no move or comment to a round two, and after brief pillow-talk, it’s like “Well, I guess we’re done here”. The total time I actually end up spending with the provider may be as little as half an hour to well over the expected one hour. (It makes me wonder why on earth I would ever go for a 90 minute or two hour session!)
Recently and for the first time, I tried out a half-hour session on a previously unrated provider, and it actually worked out very well. First, she was really really fun, which always makes these excursions into the unrated worth the risk. Second, she was a bit rushed afterward, and I don’t think it had anything to do with the hh vs hr scheduling. She was on her way out of her late check-out incall room and had scheduled another appointment right on top of mine, to the extent that she had to text an excuse to have him wait a bit in the lobby.
So based on the fact that I am rarely offered a second cup and even more rarely able to come up with one, I have been thinking of going with the half-hour option more, at least until I get some experience with the provider to see how they are in the after-glow period. With the unrushed ones, this time can be almost as pleasant as the main event, and I certainly would not want to cheap out with them on it.
I suspect this subject will instigate some lively responses from both providers and fellow-hobbyists, which would be good.
I’m sure more guys will be doing more 30 minuet dates so they can just get their rocks off once a week or more.
I know I’m thinking about it. I love spending some time getting to know the lady I’m with and sharing a drink or two before heading BCD but we have to do what we can to help each other out.
I was with a lady this afternoon and paid for an hr session. I shot my wad after about 25 minutes, she got up and started to dress herself. I won't be making that mistake again. It's 30 minutes from here on out. I've also observed that most of the girls I've seen don't even bring up a talk of a second round when I've released way before the clock has run out.

From experience, 90 minutes or 2 hours gives me a 2nd cup without being rushed. Unfortunately, I don't always have time for a lengthy appointment.
Sometimes I'm only in the mood for 1 pop ... and 30 minutes is Ok with that. Yeah, sometimes it may spill over to 40 minutes, in which case you may give her a tip. In some instances, I have been able to pop twice in 30 minutes. This was with my ATF. However, 60 minutes .. that's always 2 pops for me. I give the lady a 10-15 minute rest in between
I think I'd feel too rushed. Hell, I have trouble getting my shoes off in a half-hour, nevermind getting me off. Actually, I've never even asked for an hour session. I prefer dinner dates.

When I first started, I always took the hour, but found providers generally weren't prepared to work for more than 20 minutes or so, - just the usual CBJ / BBBJ then into the main course, so to speak. After a few, I've cut down to mainly 30 minute dates, usually "let's start with half an hour and see how it goes..." I've asked to stretch it to an hour a couple of times when I felt it was worth it, and couldn't in one case because she had someone else coming, but I think it's generally a better way to go.
Personally I'm not one to repeat very often, but if I was, the hour would be the better bet. All this said, I did go for the hour with the last provider I met (for the first time) with based on her TER reviews, and every cent and second was well worth while.
