On the far right of the "My reviews" page there should be a reason given for your review's denial.

 The "FAQ for Newbies" board listed under NATIONAL BOARDS on the menu to your left will have further insights for you.

At the top of the page, there's a button "account manager"  in their you'll see the button for "my reviews".  Find the review in there & check the reason.  Fix it & resubmit.

Sometimes new gentlemen can not post reviews of new ladies.  This is a safeguard against ladies writing their own reviews.  If someone who has reviews already does one, you can resubmit for credit (within 90 days, I believe).  

You can see a reviewed provider, write a review of that experience which should get approved.  Then resubmit the first (within 90 days).

If you contact them and ask politely what the problem is and say thank you in advance of their response, I have found that a very helpful way of getting problem reviews submitted. the boys are right however, the more often you submit reviews, the quicker they seem to get posted.
