I don't know if I would want to admit that this is rap you can relate to, LOL!

Actually, I think it's proof positive of how sucky rap as a genre is.  I mean, was this supposed to be funny?  Because it wasn't!  Was it just some white guy showing what he can do, & hoping that he could be the next Eminem?  Granted, I'm not an expert.  But this sucked the same as anything else that one would consider rap or hip hop!  Whether it was a Cheetohs commercial (with Chester on the mike) or something from Snoop Dogg, just about every rap performance that I've seen & heard shows just how lacking of an art form this really is.  Too bad for today's kids.  And just so you don't think I've got a stick up my ass, I can groove on anything from Motorhead to Jewel.  From Kathy Mattea & Shania Twain to Judas Priest & W.A.S.P with virtually everything Rock & Country/Pop has to offer in between!  I grew up listening to everything that the preachers and the parents wanted outlawed.  Extremely tame compared to today's standards.  But while I don't favor censorship, someone might need to shed some light on why rap is so popular?
