I am not sure if you are going to get a good response on this board considering you are in the UK where sex work is legal and the majority of the clients that post here are in the US. Obviously there are clients that may travel to the UK and may utilize your services but I am not sure as to the percent that post on this board.

My main concerns about using any agency is what assurances they can give me that any information they provide is secure from LE in case of a bust.
What I like about agencies is that the best of them are very reliable in proving high quality girls at the last minute. This is important because I tend to use independent girls and the agencies are a backup. So last minute is important.
Last, I like agencies that stand behind their service. For example, I had one of my worst experiences with an agency girl but the agency was quite good in compensating me for it in a reasonable way. So I continued to use them.
The agency I have in mind was, in fact, busted but I never had a problem as a result.

They are in the UK where sex work is legal. They of course have rules and regulations they have to follow, but getting "busted by LE" is not really a thing there. It is a legitimate business with legitimate providers. I believe they are asking for feedback when clients visit the UK and are looking for a provider why/why not they would go with an agency such as theirs.

My interpretation of the changes in the laws for prostitution in England is that prostitution has been decriminalized for the sex worker but it is still against the law to purchase sex from a worker. Even though an agency may be a legitimate business, it is not legal in England to make profits from managing or promoting other sex workers. A legitimate operation is as such until caught.

I do like the idea of the individual passcode but clearly one potential issue there would be guys sharing the code unless you have some additional aspects associated with the code verification process. Or is that just one of the risks you are willing to put up with and address such violations as they become known?
We do have additional aspects associated with the passcode verification process in place to keep that from happening. It's been 17 yrs and that has not happened yet due to the checks and balance system with individual passcodes.
One, while I understand an ad is an ad so intended to produce a want for the service it should not be completely misleading. Here I think (and I would add this holds throughout) consistency is important. You might do some clean-up photoshopping of ad pics, you might make then glamor photo type shots and you might use highly skilled photographers that creatively use lighting, camera lens and angles to present the woman in the best light (as it were). But once I've been a customer I should be able to use that experience to make well informed judgements and form fairly accurate expectations about the next woman I see.
Two, communications should be prompt, polite and informative. I should not be waiting hours for a session I wanted to setup that day. I should also know what information I need to provide so we don't have lots of back and forth -- not good for either of us. And that experience should be consistent. Maybe if I used your agency 100 times and once or twice there was confusion or a delay no worries. But if I make contact and really don't know if I will hear back in 10 minutes or 10 hours, well I'm probably not interested in giving you much of my money.
Three, as you mentioned, confidentiality is valued. I understand that in the UK it's a bit different than here in the States but I suspect even in a legal setting many people do have non-legal concerns about their participation in these types of activities. Confidence in that, and consistency in delivery on that is valued.
Last, consistency in the service performed. So an agencies ability to hire a consistent level of performance (whatever that level and type of service) is also highly valued and does a lot for customers to be satisfied with the business arrangement. If I'm looking for a GFE session but each session is so different that I think it's a Forrest Gump type experience with a box of chocolates, that is an agency I'm not too impressed with.

intrusiveness and difficulty in booking
I have only dealt with TWO agencies.
One was somewhat more, but not too bad. I saw that a long-retired to do gal suddenly was back in the area and I saw my chance to see her. I basically just named two indys, gave a pic of my driver's license with everything redacted except the State and my Picture, and First name. Piece of cake...... 99% of the time, I get the gal, day, and time I want
The second was easy. Just needed to give them a name, age, nationality and done. I only reached out to this second agency because almost all of my appointments are a pain in the ass drive over the dreaded beltways which DC area peeps know is enough to make one cry. A 10 miles trip can take 45 min or longer on most days. This 2nd agency is local and literally minutes away from where I live. I only had a switch once, because the gal I booked with left early that morning.

We aim to keep things just as simple. Typically, we only ask for a first name to keep things familiar and discreet. We don’t overcomplicate it our focus is always on fast, respectful communication and making sure you get exactly what you booked.
That said, if there’s ever a last-minute change (which is rare but can happen), we’re quick to offer solid alternatives or flexible solutions to make sure you’re still satisfied.
Seems to me the Agency is onboard to protect the gal....not the John.....the person on the other end can offer every assurance...basically....seems to me they are prescreening, setting up the payment, and overall facilitating the gal's schedule......the difference would be that the independent has to do all of those things on her own and no own can protect you from law enforcement if law enforcement decides to make a move....Seems to me that Law Enforcement would spend more attention on an agency than on an individual gal.....unless there were complaints being lodged about the specific girl....
