I never saw the problem at all -- maybe ones it was a bit slow. But that could have just been TOR.
Does make me think perhaps if was something not related to any TER update but some type of blocking at ISPs of US based connections. (TOR seems to mostly connect for me outside the USA).

On other forums, some people were still able to access it. I don't know why, it just worked out that way. I found out by accident recently that when TER won't come up, if I switch to the TOR browser, 9/10 times it works. -- Modified on 2/1/2017 11:11:37 AM
I know the site was down over the weekend and just came back up yesterday. I saw posts from 27,28.29,30. I'm wondering how that's possible since the site was unavailable during that time.
