In my case - age and blood pressure medication!

Seriously, I was a two pumps and done type of guy for years. In fact, premature ejaculation was more my problem. I could get a second SOG but not without work.

In my 50's I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure. The usual reported side effect of most blood pressure medication is impotence, in my case it is difficulty ejaculating.
