My ATF and I tend to use some of the same hotels.  We rotate around, but over time, one hotel in particular seems to know me pretty well.  I'm sure they know what's going on.

One day, when I checked in, the gentlemen asked me if I'd like the room all night.  After a slight hesitation, I said, "of course."  I did wonder if they had a day rate after that point, but I never inquired.

There have been a few times when I or both of us leave, and my hair is ruffled, and a big smile on my  face.

of course they know   They depend on the business.  At least for stings.

If the clerk asked me if I wanted a room all night when I plan to be leaving in a few hours I'd come out and ask him what the rate plan is.

My ATF (ret.) used to call that "sex hair".  It has stuck with me ever since.  It usually indicates a good time.

I was hanging out with a Fav lady...  did not have a booking after me so we got dressed, had a snack & chatted in the room.  She indicated the Mgt of her most frequent hotel "must know"...  lets her check in when ever she wants.  Mgt has said things to indicate they don't agree with the laws in our state.   BUT mgt can NEVER take that stance publically, even if they enjoy the extra income from the bookings.    
Providers & clients must be discreet & not draw attention to their activities.  

I would not confirm their suspicions.  I would & do use non-lobby exits.

Yes we do know! As long as you are discreet, create no problems, ect. WE DON"T CARE! We want you to have a pleasant experience. "wink" Hobby on. With regards to hourly rates, it depends on your location. Here in Mn. hourly rates are now illegal. A simple phone call will answer that one for you.

3 hotels in the crystal city area extremely often to where most of the staff knows my face and I mean when they see me they address me by my real last name & nothing more. I suggest when you leave you straighten yourself up first. BUT even if they do know I don't think they'd fret much as long as you aren't causing trouble.
