So what happens when you are married, have kids, & then get tired of the POS not working, & get a divorce... you are telling me he shouldn't have to pay for the children HE helped produce in the marriage? For myself personally, I never collected one dime from my ex-husband after we were divorced & have 100% financially supported my children... he wouldn't even visit them, let alone try to help out financially.
Do women have more options now? Of course, but mistakes can happen.. condoms can break, the Pill is not 100% effective, etc, etc. Men take the SAME chances every time they have sex that a woman does.
Now, I have also seen cases in which the father bought his kids everything they needed or asked before, but if you don't pay the money directly to child support, it does not count. If you pay it directly to child support, it takes them 2 weeks to process it & send it to the mom.. where in turn, she's pissed & doesn't let him see the kids... ugly cycle.
I think that if they try to use US child support laws to make the father of their babies suffer by hurting him, it is just ugly.
That's just how it seems where mothers in US try to financially ruin the father's of their children.
My mother said it takes to to Tango. If the mother is not willing to protect herself from pregnancy or have an abortion, why should she have a right to ruin the father's financial status since it is all her choice.
I have travelled throughout the world for mongering. What I have learned is that many providers in countries outside the US must work in the hobby to support their kids. These women do not work as providers to maintain a "lavish" lifestyle and travel to exotic locations.
The following is a list of countries where I have mongered that do not have any government forced extortion of child support money from the fathers: Mexico, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Philippines and South Korea.
In these countries, it is the sole responsibility of the woman to come up with the financial means for raising her children. I guess the women must be on birth control or must accept abortion if they don't want to pay for the kids.
I have a 25 year old Filipina friend and she told me her boyfriend impregnated her twice to produce two healthy children and then he just married another woman that he found to be more attractive. He is not liable to provide her with a single penny as support and she raises the children on her own.
Is the US government wrong in forcing gentlemen to pay for kids that they probably hate and see only as a financial burden? These gentlemen would probably use the money to participate in the hobby more often or perhaps buy a larger house.
I am just thinking globaly!
I would rather make less money as a hooker, than take it from a guy who's not paying child support. All you bbfs advocates might wrap your shit up more if you had to pay for the kids you produce.
The state I got my divorce in has a no fault divorce. One of the requirements was no child support or alimony. We chose to do the no fault divorce and I verbally agreed to child support. Ten years later, the state passed a law requiring all, non custodial parents to pay "court ordered" child support. My ex took me to court as the ten years of child support was not court ordered, and thus I was a deadbeat dad. The judge said I was a victim of a poorly written law, but he had no choice but to convict me. He did refuse to garnish my wages.
No this is an odd case, and the law was rewritten the next session of the legislature. Mine was not the only ex that used this law to punish her prior spouse. My ex had hoped to get a large increase as my Washingon DC area salary was matched against the living costs in an area with a much lower cost of living. The result was a $5 increase per month.
When you get a call saying you won a big screen TV, don't go it's a trap. ![]()
First missed child support payment without a Dr. note, mandatory bargain vasectomy .

My ex wife of 8 yrs was sleeping with a co-worker and had his child 8 yrs ago. I had no idea she was unfaithful until 4 yrs ago, I came home early from work and she was in bed with her ex boyfriend from college. We seperated and I filed for divorce, she admitted that our daughter might not be mine. I was blown away and had a paternity test done. Long story short she isnt my child; because I am listed on the birth certificate and had been her father figure for 5 yrs at that time I am paying $1200 a month in child support to her. I can afford it but dont feel its right on principal. Also I had to sue for parental rights for visitation ect because I wasnt her true father.
6 months ago I heard she filed for child support from her true father as well, which I believe is fraud but I cant file to have mine support removed because its a seperate issue. Add to this the cost of a lawyer over 3 yrs and I feel she owes me about $95,000.
One big reason I started hobbying is I am never going through this again. I know many people will say that I am just bitter and holding a grudge, that isnt the truth. If I am forced to support a child it should come with some semblance of parental rights(barring me being mentally ill or a convicted criminal).
into supporting one that is not their own. It is one thing if you fall in love with a girl and DECIDE to support her child now that you are together, but that's not the law and it is not required. It must suck to fall in love with a child you think is your own, despite the obvious financial burden though. Just damn! Now, I bet you can't even see the child? She is a fked up mother to lie to her own damn kid about who the father is. Criminal is right.
I do have visitation; $15,000 and almost a year without hardly seeing her. I love her and wouldnt trade my time with her for anything.
in the past 15 years, that includes the time during huricane Katrina when my house was under water and needed to be rebuilt. My ex moved 1500 miles away 1 month after the divorce was final, with no consequence from the courts, she was allowed to do it.
If I'm lucky I get to see my kids 2 or 3 times a year. I understand the pain of missing your kids. I'm not normally at a loss for words, but for the last 15 years I have not been able to descibe the hurt.
Good luck with everything
Pay rate, your total anual income, dose your EITC factor into the equation, do you get a student discount?
Come on give me a hint, I got money ridding on this. ![]()
its based loosely on yearly salary and net worth. My income can vary wildly from year to year based on investments (sold and purchased), dividends and consultation work.
It was actually agreed upon in the divorce settlement and an arbitrator gave recommendations that we used. Hope that makes sense.
anyone knows what child support is based on
it would be a pain in the ass if your rate was forced to fluctuate.
funny jackass, same as everywhere. Reported income and number of kids.
I would ask for a cut of the winnings, but something tells me it wouldn't be worth it
Really? My income last year on my federal return was 138,000. 2 yrs ago I claimed a loss of 65,000 roughly. They typically take average monthly income and base it on that. Mine was arbitrated and agreed to through my divorce and is actually less then my income averaged over the past 5 yrs dictates.
I don't have kids, I have seen guys take a financial dive so they don't get robbed in the court room.
Some years we can't make as much money as other years, I wouldn't want to over extend myself.
the system is lopsided, yet I made a promise to take care of my kids and thats what I am doing. They are older now, have their own cell phones and call me all the time. I am not just someone that sends money, and whomever invented skype I could kiss.
I could tell you didn't have kids. Your comment, while I'm sure you meant it to be funny was insensitive. When it comes to my children, I don't give a fuck what anyone calls me, mangina, pussy, whatever. My kids call me Daddy and for that I am most proud.
I like to make bets with my own mind, on what the immediate future may bring.
I know that souds crazy. What if there was a fantasy response league, based losely on un-trained phsycological diagnosis. That might fetch a pretty penny if people were intrested.
I should turn of the NFL network.
if so your not-daughter should give you Junes payment back, so you can see a provider on your own dime, as a not-fathers day present.
Truthfully we haven't told her, she still thinks I am her father. The way she took the divorce and hardly seeing me (4 times in 11 months; also her mothers idea), and moving I figured we could wait and let her get a bit more settled. I don't know if I'll ever tell her if her real father doesnt want to be a part of her life.
I know that her mother treats her pretty well and she spend s a fair amount of money on her so I am ok with it. I mainly wrote about it as an example of how one sided the courts view child support/custody issues.
Then the courts did not "side" with anyone....they thought you were the father just as you did.
we had been married and together for 6 yrs. I had absolutely no suspicion she was cheating. Besides in my home state they won't even allow a dna test to establish paternity until the child is 18 months -2yrs old.
You would think being on the birth cert. would give me right s as a parent, but when the dna test was proven that I was not the father I lost those rights (even though I was paying child support) and had to sue for them back.
That is not one sided, when you too thought it was the truth. Now, the bs comes into play for what you have to go through now...of course, I can see that.
She knew all along, I wonder if your not-daughter was in on it?
You got pissed just writing that, didn't you?
Our daughter didnt know (she was only 5 when we divorced) and really resents her mother for the mess. She is in counseling and doing well. Just be careful and thing arent always what they seem.
My feeling is that women are in control of eveything associated with their bodies. If they don't want kids by any means, then contraceptive medicines should be used and abortion shoud be the last line of defense.
I think that if they try to use US child support laws to make the father of their babies suffer by hurting him, it is just ugly.
That's just how it seems where mothers in US try to financially ruin the father's of their children.

BUT you have a d*ck, you made the damn baby too. Regardless of how fked up the guy was, I would never kill my child as a form of birth control. You have said more than once that not only do you not use condoms when you hobby outside of the U.S. but that you also unload in these women correct? Who is more at fault here? You don't give a fk about these women because they are just a piece of ass to you, and their children are just a circumstance of your nut.
No shocker, you're a democrat either...make everyone else pay for your shit!

London....if this clown fits your profile of a Progressive Democrat then you're sorely misinformed.

First of all, anyone who is found responsible for fathering a child should be required to ante up and pay support. That's the price of having your fun. Women ought not be held solely responsible for slip-ups in birth control. And too bad if HE would have preferred spending his disposable income on something like more irresponsible whoring.
Secondly, I have a soft spot in my heart for women who feel they have to turn to providing in order to raise their kids, whether they be struggling women born in this country or immigrant women/providers with even more dire financial situations back in their countries of origin. Deciding to begin work as a provider must be a hard enough decision for many women. To feel like one is forced to do so as the only economically viable way to support and raise young children, especially with a deadbeat dad who has walked away from his manly duties, must be horrible! What kind of evil, soulless man would let the mother of his children prostitute herself just so she can bring up his children? Such a man should twice burn in hell!
My views perhaps explain my preferences for visiting such women. I feel like my money is going for a good cause and being put to good use. Rather this than their earned monies going for ostentatious luxury items ( e.g. the Beamer or the Gucci purse or Fendi bag)...or to support a parasitic pimp or a drug habit. Call it socially conscious hobbying, if you will, but I think we all need to show SOME responsibility for the decisions we make and the actions we take.
I agree with you. I know a provider who comes up from Mexico to work and sends all the money she makes to support her husband back in Mexico. He is the father of 2 of her 4 children and does not work at all nor provide much, if any support to any of his kids (2 with her and 2 with 2 other women). But this provider is not without fault. Why anyone would quit a Fortune 100 company, making about $75K/year with full benefits, to be a provider full time baffles me. I never understood that.
We all know why....one word: GREED. There are also many American women who have a good education and great job prospects, yet choose providing over a normal civie life. Perhaps I'm not yet completely morally bankrupt. I can understand a woman doing this type of work if she is TRULY destitute. Otherwise, I really can't understand or fathom why any woman in her right mind and with opportunities would do the things they do....other than for greed or because they were sexually abused as young girls or they're bipolar/hypersexual, or a multitude of other problems that you'll see in many of them if they ever give you a chance to peak behind th:e curtain and let you get to know them. But such comments as ours go against the grain of this discussion board and what the guys want and the women want to sell - they don't want to hear/read such things - and so they will censor us.
Destitute? Greed? Sexually abused? LOL, nope, not here. How about because it pays more than a 9-5 job, & being a single parent, one job is not enough to pay the bills. I would have to work 2 jobs, hence, I would never be able to see my children. So, I instead chose this occupation, where I can be home most of the time, to raise my children, be able to attend all their school & sporting events, etc. & have fun while doing so. It also allows me to go to school full-time & put focus into that, which would be much more difficult if I were working 2 full-time jobs.
There are MANY ladies who are actually quite normal and well educated & if you didn't know what they did up front, you would be none the wiser.
was sexually abused, too stupid to do anything else but this, or lazy. Could not possibly be that we figured out how to tap into the greatest asset of all time, by making guys PAY to use us? No, that can't be it lol. You watch too much MSNBC honey. Most every hooker I know had at least some type of formal education before coming here, or she is using this business to put herself through school for a higher degree.
She is also far from the bar slut you can take home for free every weekend at closing time, because she is smarter than that to let men fk her for free if they are married. Damn. And, no as a single mom on one income even with an advanced degree, we still can't make what we do here, much less make that in less than 10 hours a week. With a damn Masters Degree and no experience, I won't even tell you what starting salary I was quoted because you would laugh.
Wish I had thought of this in undergrad, but I digress. I know a lot of fked up hookers, but I also know a lot of fked up people in general. Yes, there are many providers who have issues, but so do many of you boys. If greed is the only reason we are here, than being a self entitled POS who can't control his d*ck is the only reason many of you are here...see how that box fits? It's bs on both counts.

So what would be better? Throwing my child in daycare, not breastfeeding, having someone else practically raising her just so I can earn the same amount of money per week that I could get from two- three 2 hour appointments providing? I could be stuck in an office for forty plus hours, not counting commuting, or I can spend 6-8 hours over the course of a week away "working"? Granted, usually for less money, but that extra time at home is worth the dip in pay.
I'm divorced, and I asked for no child support. You may think I'm an idiot but I don't want to deal with all the bullshit. I'm happier this way.
and that I must be the father because I am the only one she does bareback. Not even her husband nor her other sugar daddy's. (Right) I offered her $250K to have the child then turn over full custody to me. (Of course, this was contingent on full DNA testing proving it's mine) She told me I was dellusional and that she was going to have a DNC.
Family law, including child support, is a states issue. It varies greatly from state to state. I've deal with it personally in IL and AZ - the laws are radically different in the 2 states. For a while my ex had primary custody. Her boss/boyfriend moved into our "family home," paid her a low "40-hour" a week wage to put on the books with the Family Law Court and my child support was based on that. It was high.
I struggled while she lived high on the hog, while her boss/bf provided her a car, groceries, house servants (yes!) and worked with as her partner in a lucrative cash-only service business that netted her hundreds a week, but was not considered as income for her by the court. Nothing he made or gave her was considered. Nor was anything she made over that 40-hour job. He even built onto the home, they flew around the country on vacation, while I had to in a 900 sq ft flop without medications in needed following a surgery because I couldn't afford it--due to outrageous, tax-free for her, child support.
Later, when I got full custody because her boyfriend boss crossing boundaries with my daughter, the ex became a deadbeat mom and wouldn't pay. We were in different states, and the out-of-state court did nothing to enforce her supporting her children.
The truth is the system overall is tilted way toward the woman's side.
The system is fucked up, just like most of the government and legal systems. It needs an overhaul at least in the 2 states I've been in.
Is the US government wrong in forcing gentlemen to pay for kids that they probably hate and see only as a financial burden? These gentlemen would probably use the money to participate in the hobby more often or perhaps buy a larger house.
I am just thinking globaly!
Somehow in your mind the possibility that this is "wrong" exists? Are you kidding me? You bring a life into the world, yet somehow because of some narcissistic rationale it's okay to shirk the burden?
How does this even have an ethical ground to stand upon?
Also do not do this for the luxurious income and travel opportunities, but to support our children. Have you ever tried living on child support? Give me a break--first of all, it's not possible and anyone who gets pregnant thinking they will kick back on child support is fucking retarded...what little it adds to ones own income is offset by the unreliability of an ex who may change jobs frequently and have to be tracked down for employment info regularly--in between jobs he may get thousands of dollars behind with no repercussions while I pay for everything...and who may happen to be able to drop everything and travel to meet some bimbo he met on the internet whenever he feels like it while I hold down the fort, get them to school everyday ect ect. Get a fucking clue.
