I know it's touchy in this circumstance, but if people think they can get away with it once they'll keep doing it. This applies to any type of service (food, financial, or otherwise).
At the very least, inquire why there might have been a "mix up". I might even call the agency on the spot and let them know. Maybe the provider wasn't aware but the bottom line is you negotiated for a specific service and didn't get it.

Example - "I spoke to/emailed the agency and they said blank and blank were included in the donation." Then see what she says. Show her on your phone the emails if you have to. I'd rather spend 5 minutes with a little discomfort upfront than lose $500 bucks or more for a jack off session.
Sooo...recently contacted a provider service. I asked the appropriate questions such as Full Service? Tip Required or is fee all inclusive? Is the provider GFE? To all of these I received what I felt were adequate responses and the fee quoted was in line with the average for full service in this area. Well the provider arrived...proceeded to collect the appropriate fee and then did a wonderful strip tease. At that point, she outlined her additional menu...all very expensive, and none of them Full Service. I ended up staying with just the basic service..which was simply dancing with no touching and me doing my own self service. Needless to say I was disappointed in service. In the future...what is the ettiquette or what SHOULD I have done in that situation. Thanks for your opinions.
Well, definitely write a review warning that she or her agency is a rip-off. If they have no website link, which is needed to write a review, write a post describing your experience on your local board.
Personally, I would have asked for my money back, explaining that there must have been a misunderstanding. Be very careful though if you go that route, especially if she came with a driver, and/or they have significant personal info. on you.

It sounds like you've already had that. But did you research the agency or girl on TER first? Research is your best weapon against this sort of stuff, and that's what TER is all about. I wish you better luck next time, and sorry this happened to you.
but you gotta just take your lumps, and chalk it up to part of the education process. It's happened to me, and a lot of other guys. I think any kind of confrontation is a good invitation for trouble of one kind or another.
Hopefully, in the future, you won't need any of this advice.

Did you check this lady out on TER ? I do hope your VIP for your own safety if you are new to the hobby..Many less reputable ladies prey on newbies makes me think by your questions she felt your an easy mark.
If the lady did have great reviews and she just danced for you then something is wrong..Not with the lady but with the way you approach a provider for a date. You waved the red flag and she gave you all she could to keep her safe. I would have just passed you by myself.
If you are new please check out the newbie board and search for some answers on asking for services.
Please write a review to protect others here from having the same problem but if she is a provider in good standing and you a newbie you might have made her shy away from you for fear of LE..

if the provider/agency doesn't have a review, don't book a session. At least, that's my #1 rule.

You asked questions and, being honest, believed the answers. Once you had handed over money, it was almost impossible to emerge unscathed. She had the money and you could have either continued coughing up dough or do what you did.
The only way to avoid ever being put in that position is to limit dates to women with good reviews pr to be special providers of friends of yours.
My best friend is a man in his eighties. He had never seen a provider in his life but was very horny. I tried to get him to select a well reviewed lady from ter. He knew better and called an agency. A beautiful young woman appeared and so nickled and dimed him (incidentally a very rich man) that by the time he went through bargaining and paying for each stage his 80 + year old weenie lost all interest.

The first and biggest mistake you made was seeing a woman who would actually answer those questions. The only woman, or agency for that matter, who would answer the questions you posed are either incompetent, or saying whatever it takes to get you to make the appointment so taht they can get your money.
No legitimate agency or independent lady is going to answer those questions. That is what reviews are for. If you continue to see women without researching them first by checking their reviews, and looking at their website, and continue to ask these kinds of questions, you can absolutely count on continuing to be ripped off, and eventually, you will get busted.
What you SHOULD have done was your due dilligence. Check reviews, visit the provider's website, know who you are seeing and what you can expect, then book with her without asking every single question that LE likes to ask.
Research, research, research, the whole idea here is to know before going in if the provider is legit or not. Drop $20 and go VIP, even in this shaky economy it is a true investment that will pay unbelievable dividends. Read, read, read, and know who you are going to visit before hand. Never ask the kind of questions you posed to this provider, because in a legit encounter, the conversation would have ended with "do you do FS?" In most states you could be arrested for asking these question, I think.
Look for a great and well reviewed provider like Haley of Orlando, book an appointment, show up with the appropriate envelope, give her a kiss, and then another (Ithink she likes kissin), and HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE!
Couldn't agree more. Noone in their right mind would answer those questions. As a hobbyist, if the provider so much as mentions donation, or any sex act then I can and will leave. But the LE can have enough evidence to make an arrest if you show up with a predetermined wad of cash depending on what was said in the email. The only way it is ok to mention specific acts is if we are already sensually touching. Remember, even well reviewed providers could still be informants. If you have used her before, the LE might have made a deal with her since and they could be in the next room. NO SERVICES TALK UNTILL YOU ARE ALREADY A LITTLE BIT PHYSICAL!

I am sorry this happened to you. You may have thouoght TER VIP was too costly... but it is far cheaper than the over-priced donation & wasted opportunity you experienced.
You need to read the newbie manual (on the top of that board), then get the VIP & learn how to search (research) a provider. Well reviewed providers don't scam their clients.

I bring the appropriate amount of cash, and only that amount. no extra. If I get there, and the lady does the upsale... I will either bag it, or go with the price quoted, and the service now offered... but I do not accept the upsale, and inform her - honey, you quoted X for full serve, and now you tell me the price is X + Y??? well, HUN, I got a news flash for ya, I only brought what is in the envelop... so do your thing.
I also post the hell outta the encounter. and that my friend is how we cut down on this non-sense.
This has happened to lots of us, most often when we don't do our TER homework. For me, there really is nothing to do (short of making an ugly scene - not an option if discretion and safety are important) except get the hell out of there. It can be an expensive lesson but sometimes those are the best teachers.
A couple of other points. If a supposed provider answers explicit questions over the phone, that's a huge red flag. Most likely it means she's a booker who will say anything to get your money. You're completely on your own after that, with no guarantees that the service will match the description. It could also mean LE. On the other hand, a legitimate provider you've never met will not answer those questions and will most likely not see you just for asking. That's why TER is so helpful.
