Some time ago ne of my favorite ladies told me decided to get breast implants. This was after several discussions about how I felt she was perfect as she was, not small breasted by any means, and how there could be so many possible complications from the surgery. I even recounted athe story of another provider who needed multiple surgeries to fix the original surgery. She went ahead with it anyway, and fortunately all turned out well. It looks ok, not overly large and she is just as beautiful, but I still wish she had not done it.
I recall being at a M&G in LV a few years ago talking to two girls who were comparing their implants. Despite that fact that both were ample the both said they wanted bigger ones. It was just a turn-on to them. I spent a little time comparing them manually.
its very common when a girl / woman gets breast implants .. that a year later she wants to go larger . i can't offer an explanation .. for about 4 years i had a regular girl in Vegas i would meet .. she had a PhD in phycology and D implants on a fab bikini body .. and she talked about going larger .. but didnt.
Sometimes I think it as much depends on what the ladies in your circle are doing, and perhaps a little peer pressure, as it does a woman’s own preference. These things tend to get mixed up, especially in a younger woman’s head.
Years back when I was dancing, I worked with an agency. The agent placed me in different bars each week and I was paid a certain amount per stage show performed, like a feature. The highest show price and best bookings were almost always given to the blondes with big fake breasts. Guys just loved to see those big jugs, and those girls made bank.
Back then, I wanted implants too. They were all the rage, the best dancers had them, and they came with a pay raise. But it was a big investment and there weren’t many great surgeons in my area. I toyed with the idea for a number of years until I ended up getting out of that business.
Fast forward to today and I am relieved and grateful I didn’t go ahead with it. I love my full naturals, and especially that they are maintenance free!
It's my personal opinion that in today's narcissistic society, implants, and body modification in general have gone wayyyyy beyond good taste and aesthetic necessity....they've gone too far! I see, and have seen, many women who have put themselves through RISKY, totally unneeded surgery for the sake of some fleeting, ephemeral image/concept of physical "BEAUTY" that they feel they MUST have in order to be happy, in order to be "Complete" as the woman they think they want or NEED to be (or more likely, the This fleeting, superficial pursuit of beauty has become, in the most tragically ironic of twists...very UGLY.
We've all seen it....plastic surgeries gone awry, or plastic surgeries that did NOT improve a woman's appearance but instead, destroyed it (along with her physical health.) Too many women get it into their head that the body and appearance they were BORN with is not adequate, or is lacking in some aesthetic capacity to make them (and their significant others) HAPPY.....it is ridiculous, some of the examples I have seen of women who went ahead and ruined the naturally beautiful body they were born with. Often, it involves breasts, but lately there have been more and more examples of lip jobs gone awry...of of butt jobs that turned fine looking ass into lumpy landscapes of lunacy. And I will speak nothing of bad face lifts and nose jobs.
People....more often than not, AT BEST, plastic surgery only MODESTLY improves the OVERALL physical attractiveness of a woman, hardly worthwhile given the cost and especially, the RISKs....usually it only slightly improves, or worse, detracts from her natural beauty and can wreck her health. In my opinion, women need to simply accept what they have and make the most of it.....do their best to make their natural beauty work for them, because in the vast majority of cases, a woman's natural physical self is her BEST self! Yes, there are exceptions, and certain specific women, in certain specific areas can and DO benefit from plastic surgery/implants. But again, those are EXCEPTIONS!!!!
I would agree with this opinion on what ladies thoughts and desires might be but would jump in and also agree with the simple opinion of ...... neither....... The 'perfect body' question of artificially changing something that should be left alone, should be just that, left alone. Conversely, the point I would try to make should simply be to fine tune the gorgeous body that you were given and with a good exercise routine and clean eating, you can tone-up and firm the fine parts that you have and should cherish, regardless of age. This, in my opinion, adds a glow to your presentation and the energy you bring in to the session. And WE consumers of this hobby should also take that advice to better OUR presentation to them.........or schedule for the breast reduction and abdominal liposuction and see how the lady responds.
First of all, if she THINKS that she needs to augment for others, I say DON'T DO IT. If she has some sort of body dysphoria or feels she needs a change to feel better about herself, that is more understandable to me. Some men who are losing their hair will wear a horrible obvious rug on their head because they feel better about themselves when they look in the mirror and see something other than a bald pate. (Maybe a friend can get them to get something a little more natural or less obvious.) . If she really feels that she needs bigger boobs to be happy about herself, I'd ask her not to overdo it. . If she really feels that she needs a bigger butt to be happy about herself, I'd tell her to wait a few years and she'll have bigger hips and a bigger butt the natural way.

Years ago I saw a woman in NY who was just so fake from one end to the other that I suspected that her ass wasn't real but I can't really say.
I've been seeing more really great breast implants lately. I met a lady last week who had some that looked and felt amazing and very natural, except for the VERY prominent scars on the undersides of her breasts.
Lots of girls in CR, Panama, Colombia and Brazil get butt implants and many of them are comical and cartoonish. I remember one gal in Jaco, CR, whose new butt jutted out so much that there was actually a shelf-like shape to the top of her butt. You could eat dinner off it. Most such butt jobs are really obvious and easy to avoid. I recall another gal in Jaco who, instead of having pouches of gel inserted into her butt simply got gel injections. It looked much more natural (and I did do a hands-on inspection of her nekkid) though I assume ultimately the gel gets absorbed.
Personally I really dislike butt implants. Makes the butt hard to grab and uncomfortable to spank. There's a gal in Vegas (Sofia) with huge butt implants. I remember spanking her hard the first time I saw her and my hand was sore for hours. Never tried that again!
