For those venturing in the opposite direction of their alibi, you may want to think about paying in cash instead.

Absolutely correct.  They post usage on the internet.  These things monitor your movements on non-toll roads too.  I leave the thing at home/work so it looks like my car was parked right where it was supposed to be.

when the gov't will implant chips in all of us at birth and track every movement every day which will be recorded on data bases that can tell someone where you were every second of every day of your life.

It will be for your own protection, of course.

The chips are in our drivers licenses, our passports, work place ID cards, and some credit cards.  So they might as well be implanted.

Yes, and also remember that most cell phones have
GPS chips, so if your GPS function is not turned off, then guess what? you can be tracked.

There are implants already since 2004. The articles below are saying it is for security for the companies/agenices with their employees. Later it will be implanted for worried parents in their children. To be even more pessimistic about the future, it will not only track you, but it will be tied to your finances. If you get out of line with "the Man", they turn it off and you are a nobody with no money, thus we will all be slaves.

Cell phones can be tracked even without GPS chips.  As you drive down the road, your cell phone is constantly transferring communication from one tower to another tower, even if you are not talking on it.  This is recorded in a log that can be used to figure out when and where you were, and has been used by LE in criminal cases.

He travels frequently for business, and his normal route to the airport takes him on a toll road.

But he'd been taking a different route and hobbying a bit, before heading to the airport.

His wife discovered his EZPass wasn't being used as much as it should have been. He came up with a plausible excuse, but now he has to do things a bit differently.

I suggested we meet at one of the airport hotels, instead of in town... worked beautifully. :)
