Please breathe, jack off or whatever you need before  you read my response any further..

Now that we have that out of the way... Seriously? This is what angers you??
What bothers/doesn't bother me is honestly none of your concern. Do you appreciate it when people tell you to cheer up or to disregard your emotions when something that honestly makes you feel a certain negative way has happened? Sounds rather condescending doesn't it?

Would you mind if I put on a public forum. the size, shape of your ass, dick and legs?
Should I add if you kiss like my boxer pup or are they sweet nibbles like my cat?

You are selling yourself as a companion worthy of someone's time and money on the basis that they'll enjoy themselves with you, usually because of sexual arousal which is mostly a physical thing. Your job is predicated on looking attractive. That onus isn't on me as a client save to be respectful and hygienic. But go ahead, I'm pretty average on those fronts anyway. List away. I'm not the one that needs to earn the money. If I don't see a provider I'm keeping money you are working for. Once I was turned down by a provider because she thought my big keychain might be some kind of weapon. I got to keep my 200 and didn't take it personally. I know i'm not some violent psycho, she needed to feel safe. She was completely incorrect but I didn't have to prove it to her.

Oh and that hygiene. Do I mention the skid marks in your tighty whities??
Doesn't apply to me. I always show up as presentable as possible. Besides what's your point? It's not about what's in the review, it's about the fact that a review isn't allowed at all, especially if it's a good one.

Yeah.. Kcesar68 is a one pump chump and has cottage cheese on his dick!!
Again doesn't apply to me but either way, that's what most providers want anyway isn't it? They get us off and then are shoving us out the door for the next monger.  The ones that we would write a bad review for anyway.

Do you really want that out there?? Not saying it is true.

I don't care because 1. i'm not married or have to hide this from a lady/girlfriend/wife and 2. like you said it isn't true. Sticks and stones. Talk is cheap and most of the time I show it isn't true. Now I do understand it's different because for you it is your earning that is on the line and bad reviews might turn people away, but good ones would have the opposite effect. That's one of my arguments. As for me, I either spend money, or I keep it and get satisfaction a different way.

but I am trying to get you to see it from our side..

Oh PLEASE. I'm not a moron or that self-absorbed that I don't look at it from both angles. Even in my initial post I said that I can see things like bad reviews, or other such circumstances. Go look at my reviews. The proof is in the pudding. Even bad experiences I gave whatever positives I could or gave as unbiased a review as I could.

All sarcasm aside...
Reviews are 1 sides. PROBLEM #1
Many of them are over exaggerated

This is the internet. If you're not taking literally everything with a grain of salt, at least at first, you're just stupid.

and it can be dangerous for us because of our jobs, children, family and living situations!!!!!!
That's not my problem. You're the one who chose to do this line of work. I'm meeting you half way by making sure I get screened, by being respectful and having manners. If you don't want to risk things like that, maybe don't be a SW? And on the list of things that could go wrong, a bad review is probably one of the least consequential. You get a bad review and some people who might have seen you don't. Compare that to sexual assault, to being blackmailed (which providers do as well since you want to talk about 2 way streets) or being murdered.

Do I need to explain it to you in more blunt terms??

My what a big patronizing attitude you have there Grandma Karen.

Many ladies would not have a problem with it, IF it were a 2 way street

It's not a 2 way street because you're the one receiving compensation for a service I'm seeking.

Was he safe
 was he a gentleman,
 was he on time
 was he clean
 was he nice
 etc..
 The rest is unnessary...

I don't get your point here either. Isn't that the point of asking a provider for a reference?  That more or less DOES make it a 2 way street. And reviews focus on those things as well. Was SHE safe? was SHE clean? was SHE nice?

Reviews are great for the basics!!

My beef is with the ones who don't want one whatsover basic or not. And when I say beef it's mostly a confusing complaint rather than something that I honestly hate. As I said to someone else, I can always just opt not to bother seeing them anyway OR not posting the review. It seems like such a suspect preference and preferential treatment.

approach the ladies as a check list and all must be perfect.. very one sided.. Don't you think???
Again, that's NOT my problem. If you didn't want to be subjected to being treated like a piece of meat, yes guys do that I understand, then you shouldn't have been a provider. That's like a cop complaining about maybe being killed on the job and how he should be completely free of that risk. He can be, by not being a cop. It comes with the job. Emphasis on JOB since you are getting my money for it. Imagine if absolutely no one in the world needed a provider or an escort. You wouldn't even have this avenue of income. If i'm going to spend money on it, then I'm going to want to make sure it's well spent and I'm sorry there's guys out there that objectify more so than me.

Honestly it's REALLY starting to piss me the fuck off, pardon my language. Sure, I can just say I won't review her, and either be honest, or just lie and actually review but what's the deal with them? If you are an awesome, fun, and worthwhile provider reviews will give free publicity AND helps encourage people to see you when otherwise they might not have. If you're not then you sure as hell deserve a bad review. If I went into a restaurant and they served me the wrong order, didn't care they did so, and had awful service and crappy food, are people going to be mad at me for warning them not to go there? That's how consumerism works. I don't believe they want to have a carte blanche to screw guys over but that's how it comes off as.

Yes, I know some guys can provide a bad review purely for kicks, but if that's the case, they're most likely not going to honor any requests to not review a provider anyway. What insight do the rest of you have for this? It makes no sense. It also bugs me because all I ever hear is how SW's and providers are discriminated against, are attacked (usually socially, like online, not physically) are looking for legitimacy, that law enforcement used to police this is a waste, yadda yadda. And yet these specific providers also want to be excluded from all the norms that businesses normally have to put up with anyway? Like bad google or yelp reviews. You want to be equal UNLESS it happens to be inconvenient then its time to be given special treatment? Screw that noise.

I don't know why you're all torqued out of shape about it. Do what you want to do, review who you want to review and don't worry about it. The only concern is if you review her and she black lists you as a result. But that can be avoided by waiting to post the review for a month or so and also keeping any details out of the review that would lead her to think it was you. Remember, TER permits you to post a review up to three months after the date.
Keep Calm and Party On.

Would you still be a customer of said business. Whether or not you actually want to review these women, I would think the policy alone should make you take pause about whether or not you REALLY want to visit any providers with such a policy.

Don't mistake my complaint as some kind of concession. I either wouldn't see that provider, or I wouldn't give a crap about their "don't review me" policy. It just makes no sense and I wanted to know if there's some kind of feasible explanation for it, maybe from a provider that IS ok with reviews that might have a guess.

I think it increases the value of girls with good reviews. Just visit them.

if a girl posts she doesn't want reviews it gives me pause if i wish to see her.   sometimes i will but in most cases i wont.   you have to trust your gut ... or a part a bit lower  LOL

If i see a provider has a "No review" policy I bypass them, 99 percent of the time.  I've been around long enough to remember a few that were actually great providers before they delisted. Seeing a TER provider is killing two birds with one stone for me.  One I get to see a hot piece of ass, two I get to write a review and get VIP credit for it.  Their reasoning behind it varies, yeah some are scam artists and don't want the ripoff documented, but others had good, legit, services and fell into the "anti-TER" crowd due to various reasons.

I get tons of fake reviews.  Most of them contain misleading information, which can be a problem, so I don't like to let them remain.

So I'll send him a PM to ask that he verify when/where we met.

Then I contact TER to alert them of a suspicious review.  Lately, they take a long time to respond and then THEY send the reviewer a message.... if he doesn't respond to either my PM or their message after 72 hours, they will pull the review.
BUT.... I have to follow up with them again these days to repeatedly ask that they remove it.

With the last likely-fake one I received, they never pulled it and wouldn't give me an explanation.

Doing all this, spending my time and energy to ensure all my reviews are real and accurate, is a PITA.

So I frequently tell people that I do not need any more reviews.   It's simpler that way.

First, a restaurant does not usually need to weigh the likelihood or consequences that criminal prosecution may come from reviews posted about their business.

A lack of reviews may not impact her business.

The content of reviews often sets expectations for future clients. I’m sure we’ve all see reviews that state a provided offered a service she does not advertise. Would YOU want to have to deal with future clients expecting more just because you felt like doing something special one time for one client?

I stopped paying attention to the juicy details in reviews a long time ago. What matters to me is if her pictures are accurate and was she on time.

Saw a girl who hadn't been reviewed and was happy to be reviewed. She was great, and my review was very positive.

It's a covid moment. Cut the monger a break, I say.

Re: I still don't get why you're venting here.
Why get upset?

That is probably as good an answer as any. And I'm not really trying to kick anyone while they are down just trying to understand the mental state I guess.

Clearly the no review policy on some or a few ad pages he saw pushed a button but then the rest of the post was about rationalizing why they might have such a no review policy rather than really saying anything about why it became an issue. Maybe he has a good reason -- or it's like you suggested.

Just in case the post didn't get things out of his system thought I would prompt for more and then maybe someone could help him reset to a better state of mind.

Most women have a pretty good sense of their social standing and interactions.  So if she expects that an honest review would not not enhance her reputation, and she pre-empts that by refusing reviews, I won't argue with her self-judgment but simply accept the warning and seek someone better.

The ladies who don't wish to be review have their own personal reasons. It's not always about being afraid of a bad review. A LOT has changed and continues to do so with FOSTA/SESTA and even more  things like Twitter being sued.

Many ladies want to be more low key now and rely on other ways to market themselves. There are so many ladies here on TER who are okay with being reviewed and many who don't have a do not review policy. I'm sure it's frustrating if you see a hot lady's ad or website and you'd love to see her but she has a "No Review" policy clearly stated on her website.

I had to learn how to survive without TER when I couldn't post ads or get reviews for two years. The market had no choice, it had to adjust itself as any other biz does.

IMO TER has moved even more to a guy's site than ever. Yes I know it always has been, but more so than ever now. Maybe TER sees it as a way to thrive and adjusted their biz mode. I do wish TER wouldn't push for more graphic details because IMO in the climate ladies are experiencing now it shines more of a spotlight on the ladies we don't need.

I'd like to add one final point before closing. More gents I've seen do not wanted to write reviews. It's become a thing. I've been declined twice on writing one in the last year and I'm not going to lose a good client over it. I still use TER to screen. This means if I find the language in the content of a guy's reviews degrading and sounds like bragging I'll decline to see them. That's my choice.

Steph XO

There are alternative ways to learn about a provider outside of checking other mongers’ reviews. Direct contact, Twitter, or posting a “Have You Seen x?” on a regional board are some examples.

I’ll honor a no review request, but if I see a post asking about a particular girl, I’ve in some cases sent a DM to the curious chap.

But if you don’t want to rely on other methods, there’s always the best option for guys with your mindset. Just don’t see her!

Melissa has quite the interesting marketing strategy here.

whether we have detailed reviews.

A provider having a profile so I know what she looks like and services offered IS important to me. I don't want to see gals that won't DFK or who don't offer BBJ for example. A few vouches that the profile is correct and accurate is more than enough for me.

I've seen a few "No review" gals and lucked out, and a few where I was not so lucky and had a less than great time.

I agree. The first thing I look for is are the photos accurate. Then, were the services delivered as promised. I still read the narratives, but unless they're from a reviewer I know and trust I take those with a grain of salt.
