First off, you should use the Newbies board for these types of questions.  First off $250 is probably her flat hourly rate.  Whether she has different hourly rates for GFE service should be clearly stated in her ad or on her website.  the info posted should also state rates for extended sessions.  If not, it is not out of bounds to ask what the donation would be for that.  Just don't, as she wrote, ask specific questions (i.e., "Does this amount include fucking?").
If the provider's ad is not clear about whether she provides GFE service and/or she won't quote you an amount for a dinner date beforehand, then I would not see her.

There are so many well reviewed ladies in Vegas, there is no reason to put yourself in that position.
Your $250 introduction fee could end up being a $350 lapdance, or $450 HJ, or worse.

Most honorable escorts publish a fee, and that fee covers whatever you want to do during your session, as long as it is within her guidelines of safety, and she actually offers the "services" you want. How do you find out what services she offers? Read her webpage and read her reviews.

Sometimes an honorable escort will charge extra fees for certain things - like, if you have an elaborate fetish or fantasy that involves preparation, clothing purchase, etc. on her part. Some, not all, charge extra fees for greek service. And some charge one (lower) fee for bodyrub/HJ/ maybe BJ, and extra for full service. Very Clearly this escort is telling you not to see her or else.  She probably isn't the same girl as pictured and she is going to take as much as you'll give her.  If she is a straight up professional she will have everything on her web site so as to avoid and discussion at all.
If not, stay away.  USE THE REVIEWS!!

The odds are 99% that she'll upsell the shit out of you.  Go to the LV board, and ask for specifics.  Feel free to give her website info, etc.

I don't mean to be blunt, but you're not in Kansas anymore once you arrive in Sin City.  If you negotiate once she gets there, you will lose.

There is nothing worse than negotiating over individual acts.  Well reviewed professional ladies have clear fees and clear things they won't do for that fee (anal is a biggie.)  For many ladies, they will do more for some clients (hence YMMV).  The fun of the visit is to have a flow and a sense of mutual enjoyment.  This is ruined by negotiation.  It is insulting to the lady and will make you feel unattractive.  Visit a well reviewed professional lady with clear fees and having a clear idea what she will do.
