My dentist is also a close friend. He has some gel that includes lidocaine. Just use a very small amount and rub it on the tip of your dick. You must wait 20 minutes for the full effect. Not sure if you wait less than 20 minutes and ask for a BJ. She may end up sounding like Elmer Fudd if the numbing agent gets in her mouth.

I tried the durex densensitizing condom ("performance"?) once and couldn't come at all.  I will not repeat.
