What I'm looking for is best places to enjoy life.

I've thinking about this for a bit.
1-Relatively low cost of living.
2-Relatively easy access to women. Where women are open minded.
3-Walkability, go to a concerts, restaurants..etc.

There are very few places where you get within 6 feet of a woman in a bar or restaurant anywhere in the Western World right now, that is IF you can find a bar or restaurant even open in most states, and CONCERTS??? Yeah, right. Get back to us in maybe six months and "maybe" there will be such a place as you are looking for by then.

 
That said, I think Florida is most likely the closest thing to what you are looking for right now. With maybe Georgia and Texas being at least somewhat open with a reasonable cost of living , that is until those places get flooded by Californians and New Yorkers like a swarm of locusts after having ruined their own home states.

2) New Yorkers have been keeping Florida afloat for the last 100 years by bringing their money there.  New York is doing just fine, you arrogant dunce.  You haven't been here for years, so how the fuck would you know? You really need to get out of the advice business, especially on subjects about which you know nothing. Sadly for those who still take advice from you, those subjects are legion.

You might find either Spain or Portugal attractive. Italy as well. Both after the whole pandemic thing normalizes (vaccines, people have learned to live with it ...).

 
You might also look towards some place like the Prague area or even perhaps Greece.

 
Depending on what affordable means -- and you're tolerance for colder weather -- Toronto is a VERY nice city and it's laws and approach to P4P are more civil than USA.

 
You can get a lot of good info just searching the usual travel/retirement info. Most will have annual Best Places reviews that will address cost of living, some about lifestyles and quality of living. From there you can do followup searches regarding other aspects you are interested about.

Well we all know who you are NOT talking about. The only part of him that still works is his mouth. Both his mind and his dick quit working long ago. lol

A lot depends on if you can work remotely.

1) Thailand; Pattaya and Bankgok. $500 a month gets you a very nice apartment in an upscale apartment. Nicer than most you'll get here in the United States. Youtube Ride 4 Kikz about living and finding an apartment. You can live there, with health insurance for about $1200 a month. Get a girlfriend for free. Pay 4 play is cheap.

2) New York City. Not cheap, but ratio of women to men is in your favor.

3) Brazil, Sao Paulo and Rio. Reasonable living costs, and again, rich American; odds are in your favor.

4) "Russia", my friend went there and found a wife. Again, odds are your favor and cheap.

5) If you're pay for play, Montreal is tops, better looking girls than Toronto and more GFE experience. You don't have to move there, just fly up once a month or so and enjoy.

Honorable Mention: Amsterdam, Belgium, and Germany. You can live fairly reasonably in Amsterdam and you have legal brothels and red light district. Brussels has some top quality window girls by the train station, but a seedy area. Nothing compares to the FKK's in Germany, nothing.

I really don't think there is anything in the United States that meets your criteria of cheap, ample women, and lots of pay for play for a reasonable donation.

This interactive USA map gives the ratio of single men to single women in the USA.  If you move the sliders together so that the age range is narrow, then single men outnumber single women pretty much everywhere in the USA until above age 40.  After that the scales tilt toward overwhelming single women vs single men.  So if you like older women -- abov3 40, anywhere in the USA will work.  It's no bed of roses for single guys under 40 looking for women under 40.  

Hmmmm...  I like older women, but not that old!

A few more notes:
- I really like the "European experience/High density urban living" of walking everywhere.
-My favorite city in America is NYC and my least favorite is LA. I dislike LA for the same reasons I dislike Denver. Everything feels spread out, there's seems to be more inequality between the rich/poor where the ugly areas are very ugly not walkable and the wealthy one's are inaccesible unless you are very wealthy.
-I feel lukewarm about Las Vegas, while I feel is way more friendly towards bachelors there's this "resort feel" that can't be shaken. Were I feel that, 'Yes this is fun but the people lack depth, there's a sense of fakeness/plastic..etc. Again I do like it but I feel its more for visiting.
