I was updating my profile and got a message saying that TER is no longer a permissable site to mention in one's profile.  I used to list it as a site where I posted reviews.

P411 most certainly allows ladies to reference their reviews. And TER is as of tonight still listed as acceptable review website for ladies to  link reviews to.  

Perhaps this only applies to male clients?

This was the message I received when I accessed my profile and tried to update my review site info:

"PLEASE REMOVE ALL LINKS TO EROTICREVIEW. WE DO NOT ALLOW LINKS TO THAT WEBSITE."

The all caps is P411, not me.  It's probably just a client thing.

Perhaps it has just not gotten to the companions, but as of tonight it still lists TER along with a good many others as acceptable for companions to link their profile to.

I no longer see ANY review information of ANY providers on TER, I know most of the reviews are toast anyhow, but even for the ladies who have "moved" not only are their reviews no longer linked, but there isn't even a place for that feature any more

 
Speaking of smart moves, perhaps P 411 could go to an "okay" system for providers the same as clients get? It wouldn't be graphic, it wouldn't be a "blow by blow" account of what happened BCD, it would simply be an endorsement of the woman that we had seen her and we were happy?

without the "blow by blow" account, there's no way to verify what's on the menu of a particular girl.  When I was a newbie I learned the quickest way to get crickets with a provider was to start asking about menu range before ever meeting them.  Once you have you pants down and she goes for the CBJ, its a little late to make any other decision than to go along with it, but if you had known from her reviews, then you would not have gone in the first place.

This could be solved by some kind of menu system where you get screened, then you can see the menu and decide if you're going to book or not.

Then the OK system could be more of a "services rendered as advertised" verification.

 

 
I think the middle ground of getting rid of a long free text review but still having per-service ratings is a happy medium. The excuse seems to be this magic "evidence of illegal acts" which doesn't matter if you get caught anyway, and most VICE programs are pretty catch and release when they find providers anyway. It's us guys that have to worry.

This would solve the issue of what's on the menu, but then there is a danger of providers passing your name around as a timewaster if you make her screen you, and then you don't ever go see her because she only does covered hand jobs.  She could give you a black eye and you would never know why other providers are not responding to your inquiries.  Timewasters are the lepers of the hobby world.  Seems like a no-win to me.

As it stood like 3 months ago, yes, absolutely, timewasters are a bigger deal.

 

At the moment, everything is up in the air, so if timewasters need to be tolerated more than previously, that's the way it has to be. Not all of the changes are going to be ideal obviously. It's probably good policy to give a provider a solid reason you're not booking with them instead of just being a ghost, like "sorry, you're cbj only and I'm looking for bbbj". That's probably going to be a source of butt-hurt, but again, attitudes have to change regardless.

 
 P411 could probably have some kind of automatic threshold, so if you've had X number of OK's in the past however long the menu would just be accessible. Elsewhere it's harder, and I'm not much of a fan of the centralized p411 honeypot/database. They undoubtedly have a huge target on them right now.

Maybe providers could charge a fee for access to their "menu" that way they're being compensated for the time it takes them for any screening they have to do. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh the old days were not so good after all. Back then it was word of mouth. Fortunately we can still share word of mouth by PM’s. If you see someone say something, have everyone pm you for details.

...if it also listed the client's ID who gave the "okay" then we could PM them to get the lowdown if we want.  One downside would be that they would probably only request "okays" from guys who they know will give them a good recommendation. But that is also true now for the guys.

Not so toasty!  Reviews have not been deleted.  My reviews are visible to me, and Alexandra's too.  Search may be gone but the reviews are there.  TER has powerful incentive to monetize their major asset again, not to destroy it unless the fascisti in the US get much stronger.

Yep.  I sent in a money order and was worried that it might not get there by the time my account expired.  I emailed them and they wrote me back saying that if my account expires it WILL be renewed once the money order clears.  In other words renewals seem to be the same as they’ve been.

I sent a support request inquiring about this. They said if my account expires, I will not be able to renew; however, if I keep it active (not letting it lapse and trying to renew, or simply renewing before it expires), then I am fine. So just make sure you continue to renew and not let it expire.
