One thing I am a bit surprised that I have never read on this site is any account/warning of the most unforchanate thing that could happen to a hobbyist, a LE bust,walking into one.
Would this be something that would be deemed as illegal. I could see how this might be something along the lines of "interfering with LE buisness" or some mularky like that. Just something I was curious about, if there is no rule about this then there really must not be many LE busts because I would have expected to read something about this.

Here's the elements that must be proven for you to be convicted of solicitation:
1. You solicited another to engage in any act of prostitution; and
2. You did so with the specific intent to engage in an act of prostitution.
3. In addition to the agreement, the person did an act in furtherance of prostitution.
If you are arriving on the scene after the police have already popped her, you're pretty much safe. Just casually walk away, even if you have a bottle of champagne and flowers in your hand as a gift. If a cop stops you and wants to ask you questions, don't act guilty and refuse and act guilty. If you're asked why you're there you can simply say you saw police activity and you were curious what was going on. That's not a lie. If it's a security building, it's a little tougher to explain your presence, but it doesn't really matter because you haven't committed a crime.
There is absolutely no evidence that you agreed specifically to pay the woman for sex. If they find your name in her appointment book, that doesn't prove intent. If you keep your mouth shut, any evidence against you is circumstantial and to build a case on circumstantial evidence is time consuming. It wouldn't be worth anyone's time to go after such a low level misdemeanor.
Hopefully, they don't arrive on the scene after you're already in bed with her because that would generally mean they're after her for something more serious than simple prostitution.
Massage parlors and streetwalkers pose the biggest threat to a hobbyist. That's where they devote as much time and energy to the johns. If the police pop a streetwalker or the women at a mp, they know that women will immediately fill those voids. However, LE knows that busting johns effectively scares away the customer base and they go out of business. And if you're busted in a sting at an mp or by an undercover cop posing as a streetwalker, it's not circumstantial evidence; it's documented on video or audio. Easy case.
So don't do mps or streetwalkers, and don't do providers in hotels who only have one review by a first time reviewers. And remember, I am not licensed to practice law and make no representations as such.

Like I mentioned even if I was assured that all is going to be cool I am not planning on making any private dates that night. I would be more comfortable socializing and setting up something in the future if there was a girl there that I wanted to see in the future, not setting up a specific time and date there, just make the contact.
One reason this party is appealing is that the pics on the girl's site are not of great quality and I just think it would be neat to have a closer inspection on whether the girl in the pics looks as good for real. Also you could gauge the girl's personality and if she seems like she would be fun in private. Totally cool and unique opportunity in my opinion, the type of opportunity I dont want to be saying afterwards, "it sounded to good to be true"...lol...I watch some cable access TV and have viewed a video by the former head of the ACLU which is a good guide on not incrinating yourself.
The alchohol, charging admission where its being served, was the one thing that kinda concerned me more than soliciting. The girl has been in the buisness for a few years that I know of so I am sure she knows the basics, and she is holding it in a "safe" city...I have until Feb 5th to decide so we'll see.
the entire scenario. Setting up a big party would be an LE type of thing unless it's being organized and hosted by many legitimate parties. One provider hosting a party would allow LE to pop many hobbyists at one time and potentially have a chilling effect on business for indies the way the wide nets of street and mp sting ops bring in a lot of johns. For LE they are essentially "killing a lot of potential birds with one stone."
