I live in a small rural community where my family physician is also my wife's physician and my urologist goes to the same church. I would like to find a RELIABLE source of Cialis that I can procur anonymously.  The supply I bought in Argentina a year ago has run out.  Buying on the Internet is a possibility if I knew of a site that was honest, AND I could solve the delivery problem.  How about a walk in clinic in an adjacent metro area?

You answer a few questions that they have a doctor review, if no problems they will send you your pills.
They do require a signature for delivery.  
Could you have it sent to your work address?

You can either try a walk-in clinic or simply find a   Dr. in that city an make an appointment. Personally, I would stay away from internet sites. I tried one once for another drug and it turned into a nightmare as they called me nearly day and night trying to get me to buy other meds (yes, a sound approach). Then they must have sold my info to another company and I started getting calls from another site doing the same thing. This would not be a problem in a town bigger that 9 people, but his cousin is also the lady he wants to buy the Cialis for.  She's the town provider.  He can't send it to his urologist office, as he is his father in law, and his regular MD is his uncle.
Basically this is a no win situation.  Even if he finds a way to secretly get the cialis and takes it, there is no way his wife won't notice the new hardon, as she is the cousin, who is the provider, that he is trying to get hard for. How embarrassing is that????? Getting busted for trying to fuck your own wife!
