Ladies, do you feel like Viagra has provided more customers or has it made life harder (lol) by letting the guy who was happy barely able to get it up and instead burdened you with old farts who stay rock hard for the whole hour?

I have wondered the same thing ,but never tried it once.

...keeps him rock hard for the whole hour he isn't an old fart. When the ones that need it use it the erection is there when you need it and less so when you don't. In usual circumstances the rock hard pounder didn't need the stuff. I have read where providers complained about that.

I would say it enhances the gal's business because guy's that had gotten to the point where they couldn't function properly now can.  Obviously if a 20 year old guy for example with no issues takes it the result would be over kill !!  But Viagra, Levitra, etc.. has created a market for gal's that had gone away-these are guy's with money to spend-and it is all about the money-don't think it is because the gal's that are escorting are doing it because they want to help humanity!!

Some are too hard, some are too soft, and some are just right.

Basically, don't take too much of the stuff, break the pills in half (It's cheaper that way, anyways.),and if that does the trick, break them in quarters and see if that works as well.

It takes some playing around to find which does is just right.

It can make it harder for a guy to come.  So I never use it.

...never been so bad that some nasal spray & advil can't take care of it. This is only my experience of course. I have nasal spray & advil in my travel kit. I take the Viagra (half of 100 mg pill) and use the nasal spray a few minutes before entering her in call. I take the advil upon leaving. The half a pill works fine for me. Waiting 'til the last minute (for me) to take the V has helped with the difficulty reaching orgasm. That has only happened twice for me & both times were when I took it 1 hour ahead of time. I've found I don't need to take it an hour ahead. With meeting, showering, and foreplay it's been in my system about 20 minutes and I'm good to go. I do get the light sensitivity & wear sunglasses afterwards if my session was daytime. I once went to a stripclub after a session. I got an erection so I got a bbbj cim in the VIP room. This was about an hour & a half after leaving the provider.
