there are so many other attributes that will turn me on that plastic vs. real is not really a factor for me.   Not only do I not care whether they are real or not, I also do not care about the size.  If it all comes together nicely, including attitude and personality, I am a happy camper.

I will take a smaller breast size vs larger enhanced and over the years I've only handled 2 pairs of enhanced that I was impressed with. Clothed, the enhanced always look amazing. Nude, too often the bolt-ons just look un-natural (queue the onslaught of SPs claiming just how amazing theirs are)  

Now here's my struggle. Obviously a firm full pair of 32 or 34 DDs is a fucking holy grail (for me at least). After that is a smaller pair only if they are perky and firm. From there I struggle with choosing between a large pair with some slight sag and droopage vs a well done enhanced pair. Small and saggy will always be bottom last

I like them all. What I don't like is hard enhanced boobs. I have seen some ladies who were unhappy with the natural set got them enhanced and are not happy with them but can't afford a remake.

I like most fake breasts and I like nearly all natural breasts. One thing I don't like is breasts that seem too large for the girls frame.

. . . and according to my own reviews I do not seem to care one way or the other.  I have seen a number of gals I haven't reviewed and I am quite certain all of them had breasts.  At this moment, having just come off a session with a very beautiful and intelligent provider who has small, natural breasts, I am a small, natural breast guy.

large, small, real or enhanced. If I get to enjoy them, it's all good.

I have never met a woman, never liked or disliked a woman, been turned on or turned off by a woman solely because of her boobs. The curve of her hip, her thighs and ass, the line of her neck and jaw... any could trigger desire just as well as a breast for me. And of course, the most beautiful physical specimen (male or female) isn't a turn-on if they have the personality, sense of humor and general fun-potential of roadkill.

The totality of the person and experience... boobs are a part, but they do not define

Once you have seen one pair of tits.....you want to see them all. There is a lot of work to be done after implants to make them feel natural but when done properly they are almost indistinguishable. Regardless I love all boobies.

i will see ladies with enhanced only if they are beyond perfect in matching every other criteria that I have, and have a gorgeous face too.

Of all plastic surgery procedures, including eye lid and face lifts, nose jobs,tummy tucks, breast surgery, etc, the procedure that has the greatest amount of patient satisfaction is breast REDUCTION.

Naturals are always better but breasts are breasts.  Even upgraded ones are good.  If they are in my hands or mouth, I'm good!!!!!!  But at the end of the day, its nice perky nipples that makes the difference.   Need to have something to lick and suck on!!!!!!

But since I too am a boob lover, I wanted to chime in. I have seen some AWESOME fake boobs and some really, really terrible enhanced ones. There haven't been many times I've seen a pair of REAL boobs that I didn't like. I think the nipple has a lot to do with how nice a pair is. And of course, just how much gravity has set in. Mine are huge and I am so grateful that they still defy gravity a good bit. Now once I'm 40+... i don't know if I will be able to say the same! But as mentioned, smll saggy boobs are not the best

I am a huge fan of any and all type of breasts EXCEPT the rock hard ones.  Not a fan but have only run into that once.

Now Nipples is a different story. I love large nipples with a great round a areolas.....the kind that gets all bumpy when fucking........love em, love em, love em.  (see review of Debbie the Nooner Girl).

Or, small breasts with large nipples.  

Importantly, as others have stated, the converse of my likes is not a deal breaker by any means.  Variety is the spice of life

oth my ATF and my current regular local are beautiful women in their own right and their breasts, while not Large, were quite nice.  I told both of them that they did not need implants, and of course both ignored me and got them.  WOW!  These things are gorgeous.  Don't know what they are using now, but neither has that "hard" feel and look awesome and as natural as can be.  Sometimes I break into tears kissing them.....
