After several visits to a Fav of mine, I noticed that she has a couple of small clocks to either side of the bed... I never noticed them before! They've been there all along. The main clock in the room can not be seen from any position I've been in.
I've never caught her looking at a clock. She's never tried to hurry me along... she takes what ever time we need.
I think to be a GREAT GFE, one must manage the time without RUSHING.
Do I mind? Hell, NO.

GREAT POINT. I always see the "not a clock watcher" comment. I understand the point being made. But when a provider has said to me "I'm not a clock watcher", I respond with: "but I am".
It's rare that a provider is going to take us off the clock or permit a much longer time than scheduled (and donated for). So we should always want to know exactly how much time is left so as to not spend too much time on some activities and then risk not completing others ... for those of us who know we are one-cup guys and try to time our finish for :59 - right "at the buzzer". So you are quite correct that we should want a provider to watch, know, and skillfully manage the clock.
I think that some general time awareness is helpful for planning purposes, to avoid having to rush.
When a laptop or ipod is used for music, they can generally know by listening to where in the playlist they are. That would work without lights or even while facedown into a pillow.
Not that I've pondered this before or anything...
"Never rushed" is more about smooth transitions, opposed to the amount of time, and one needs to know the time in order to do so.
I believe that any reputable provider manages time with her clients well. Some go by feel, some go by clocks, some go by the length of a music playlist they have, all which can be very subtle.
Whether an hour or four, a great provider can mix both physical and mental excitement for the right amount of time. She knows when she needs to step things up, and when to slow them down.
She knows that sometimes, just a little bit of extra time is needed to reach that ultimate plateau.
I find it incredibly satisfying when a lady knows how to manage time, where I feel completely satisfied, and have not taken advantage of her time.
I asked her about it, and she said she does not because a session should last how long it should last, and no shorter. If it goes long, then it goes long. It was meant to be then.
The funny thing is that I never noticed it before, except when I needed to be somewhere at a specific time. Of course I made it in time, but it was interesting to have to rush the session because of my schedule, not hers.
My grandfather clock chimes every 15 minutes. It is a nice, sublte chime. I have two others. One is in the livingroom and the other is downstairs in my studio. They both chime on the hour. So, my entire incall sounds like a church on the hour. It helps me keep track of time though.
Ive never watched the clock.I dont even have one in my house. I use a cell phone for an alarm clock and otherwise I will just look at my computer. I like to let things develop naturally. Im low volume so I can imagine it's more of an issue for others but I don't see more than one person in a day so he is my focus. I am good at estimating but I would rather take my time and honestly that has more to do with my comfort level,than my visitors.

Alex and I also only take one appointment in a day (and a max of 2 appointments per week). Our shortest appointment runs 3 hours and we have yet to finish in 3 hours, they typically run into "overtime".
But we don't care about time, we realize that with us, we are selling an experience with dynamics between 3 people, not just 2, so things have to take the time they need to get to wherever they need to be to insure a quality experience.
Thats just how we are, nice to see others doing similar.

ladies. They have several music tracks depending on your taste, and I guess length of visit. Whatever. They know when they get to a certain point on the track that it is time to get you your last SOG so there is a gentle transition including a bit of convo. Then an invitation to use her shower or something likewise polite and indirect instead of a hey baby time's up.....
You think it's sort of like Muzak, which carefully times tempo and genre to manipulate shoppers' moods at different times of the day? So, for example, at the beginning of a session, does she play more romantic ballads, followed by more high-tempo numbers to get things going, followed by some high-octane, loud tunes to mask any moans and groans, followed by something sexy and sweet to bring things to a close?
Like in a strip joint huh? Three songs and your time is up.
Without making things uncomfortable or obvious it really works quite well. Although from time to time we do exceed our time together, it doesnt bother me. I am low volume and space my appts out so that i am NEVER rushing to get ready for the next one. I want to be calm cool and collected! LOL
So i never rush in way while you're here with me or on your way to see me.

Interesting that you discovered that music trick.. 
One of my past favs was very upset once by a guy who wrote her a great review but then at the end wrote that she was a clock-watcher because he wanted a second pop and she reminded him that there was only about ten minutes left in the hour. They tried, he couldn't do it. Now seriously, you can't have it both ways! If you want to cum twice in an hour let the lady know so she can pace things accordingly. This idiot was more than willing to chat after his first pop and accept her offer of a massage when there was still thirty minutes on the clock...
LOL, she was so pissed the guy wound up on her DNS list...
I see mostly a couple of UTR ladies now who only see one guy a day. The time really isn't an issue and I love that. Still, when I see a new lady or an agency gal I think time management is essential. I don't want to be stuck waiting in my car because the lady is running behind schedule.
"clock watching" is a phrase we usually associate with a lady cutting off the action abruptly or trying to hurry you at the finish. Deplorable.
Time management is the answer. If the lady is aware of the time and uses it wisely, you don't wind up experiencing "clock watching".
The thing is, if a provider DOESN'T watch the clock, she wil be taken advantage of! You can do it on the lsy, but a professional provider ALWAYS watches the clock. SultrySophie
