What do you do when a provider falls asleep? For instance if you go out enjoy dinner(with wine) and then back to the hotel room and then she falls asleep completely naked with her legs wide open.

1st off, why did she fall asleep? That is the bigger question. No matter how tired I am, you won't find me falling asleep during a meeting. Of course I don't get drunk (during meetings) or use drugs. She'd have to be really burnt out on lack of sleep for this to happen (minus what I mentioned).

Either let her sleep, at least for a while, or wake her.  Sorry either scenario could be a bad date as she may wake upin a bad mood and you get nothing, or you let her sleep a while and she decides your time was up.  Ideally, she wants a good reputation and takes good care of you after she wakes.  Your last choice of taking advantage of her is called rape.

I had one long encounter that ended well after midnight.  We wore each other out and it ended with us cuddling and chatting.  She drifted off to sleep.  I covered her up, turned out the lights, gave her a kiss, and let myself out.

discuss the best resolution. Most likely she doesn't want to ruin her reputation, so she'll offer a redo date (hopefully alcohol and drug free). I wouldn't recommend paying her to sleep.

It was New Year's Eve.  We went out and had a large dinner, then came back to watch the ball drop on TV.  I had brought along a bottle of Champagne to toast with, but she ended up drinking the entire bottle (All 5' 2" and 90 pounds of her.)

Needless to say, she entered the land of nod pretty quickly and I knew she wasn't going to be getting up anytime soon, so I left a note and went home.

It was during my regular weekly overnight date with a friend. we would customarily go out...dancing, shooting pool, a few drinks, and spend time with his friends (much of his goal was to show off publicly). on this particular evening i had a bit too much to drink, which always results in my promptly falling asleep. so that is what happened...we got to our room, i flopped on the bed (fully clothed...nice slacks and silk camisole top), and basically passed out. i didn't wake until 8 or so in the morning, and immediately realized with horror what had occurred. he was lying right beside me, wide awake, with a hand around my waist. and he was smiling! he appreciated my apologies, but claimed that he actually enjoyed holding me and watching me sleep. and yes, i was still fully clothed. it just reinforced to me what a gentleman he was, and we had a very good morning.

We had a nice dinner at her place, hippie style on the coffee table with our backs to the sofa.  I convinced her to let me massage her (she was dressed).  With her prone on the soft carpet, I reached under her top & released her bra & slid her pants down to the split of her butt & proceeded to give the promised massage with me straddling her.  She enjoyed it & eventually went to sleep.

Had this happen with a provider once, turned out to be the best session ever.  We started off talking, I was the last appointment of the day, and I guess I just kept yapping too long.  Her head was on my shoulder, and the next thing i hear is a light snoring!
