Want to get an opinion on using (or not) a condom with a new provider. I have read reviews of her, everyone is bbj. I am a little nervous, you never know.

Virtually everything you do in this hobby carries some risk. You can wear a one piece wetsuit and still the potential for transmission exists. The fact that this providers has many "bbbj" in her reviews should not make a single bit of difference - if you are going to hobby, you need to protect yourself at all times to the level that gives you the illusion of safety. If this lady is mking you nervous for some reason, but you still want to see her, then insist on a cbj and bring along some flavored (or at least plain, unlubed) condoms. Just a bit of advice, once you get there, if you treat her like you think she is dirty, you probably won't get very good service.

In my opinion, bbbj is a very low level of risk to take, but that's just me.

You are quite right...the level of risk is extremely low for YOU...greater for her, so if you are only worried about yourself you really have nothing to worry about.

If you're nervous, wear the hat. You'll feel better about it in the long run.

Just tell her you prefur to be covered ofr everything.  I don't think any provider would turn you down for that.
That should put your mind at ease.

Depending on your age, some guys find it more difficult to cum with a raincoat on.  For one, this is why I often prefer BBBJ or russian to FS.

You may be asking the question because of the recent news that throat cancer may result from oral sex.  Here are two actual experiences:

1) Mine:  Been hobbying for 3+ years.  With the exception of the 3d gal I was with, have only done BBBJ.  I will no longer see a provider who requires CBJ.  I am tested periodically and have not had an STD.

2) One provider's:  I have befriended a provider who for 5+ years has been not only doing BBBJ but also swallowing.  She tells me she is tested monthly and has not had a STD.

You have no worries, the providers are the ones who put themselves at risk every time they do a bbbj.
