I can't think of many things worse than the thought of a CBJ. It's never happened to me, but I specifically avoid providers whose reviews say that they do it every time. 1. Uncircumcised

To me, I prefer to be totally clean and non-smelly, so I usually walk in, drop the "donation" on a table, disrobe, and ask to use the shower. This is even if I have been merely sitting in my office all morning for a lunchtime date.

Gents, if a lady tells you "hey, wanna shower?" it is a hint to just "do it"! it is no biggie - and I've never been short changed on time, cause I spent 5-10 min in the shower getting clean... it just makes sense... and if the lady is at ease... well- who knows what "might" happen... The risk of herpes aside, clamydia and gonnorhea are spread through fellatio, because the penis comes in such close contact with the throat, which is pretty similar in environment to the vagina. The bacteria can live there for quite awhile.
A lot of providers know this and take it into account, not wanting to be responsible for spreading it around.
