To be clear I'm talking about civies in a corporate work environment. I am trying to understand what posses a lady to wear heels a little too high and skirt a little too tight at work to point it becomes a distraction. I mean are they trying to land big fish, or get raise, or get fucked, or just like attention. Please enlighten me because they drive me absolutely bonkers! (Get me so stirred) now Im not dumb enough to shit where I eat but it occurs to me there is a plethra of potential buffet here I would very much like to tap into. Do women like and want ramdom men to approach them on the street when they are at work? Someone please enlighten me.

Dave Chappelle summarize it best. He's a comedian, but if he dresses like a cop, wearing a cops' uniform, people would think he is a cop and run up to him for emergency assistance. Now, if we saw a women wearing that type of uniform, (high heels, short skirts, and everything in between), we would think she is easy, slutty, or something of that nature. So, we do the natural thing and ask them for a date or some provocative act. Then they say, "sir, just because I dress this way, does NOT make me a prostitute". Well, its confusion as hell though. Just like Dave Chappelle dressing up as a cop but is a comedian, "sir, just because I dress this way, does not me me a cop". See my point? They r just tease, I've seen plenty of bimbos like that around and can spot those bitches from a mile away. I try to avoid them and with much success.

Just my opinion here, in a gender-balanced work environment, including in the management hierarchy, the women have a kind of secret cabal that enforces a kind of "acceptable hotness" code. So a gal operating way outside the code will receive strong pressure over the female wavelengths. But if its an overly male dominant environment she gets to wreak all the havoc she wants and its great scenery and no work getting done.

Women can wear whatever they want and however sexy they want to be as long as they adhere to corporate dress code.
Generally woomen in sales and marketing dress and are better groomed (hair, manicure, pedicure, etc.) and make themselves look very attractive. Some men can't get one word out of their mouth when they meet some women, well dressed and smart. The same people are the ones asking why geeks and dorks get gorgeous women as girtlfriends and wife.
A certain provider that was going to be visiting Vegas that had sexy business wear pealing off in her photos reminded me of an employee or two. I was all over that looking forward to an after work encounter but she ended up cancelling her trip to Vegas.

A compliment or somedays we are just feelng Sassy... Over the top is over the top and there is a fine between sexy and slutty at work.. I typically wear a shirt that displays my curves but,, not so low that you can see it all. Throw on a pencil skirt and heels and I am out the door.......For no other reason except to be comfortable, pants are too hot and to feel good about me..

You guys that want to admire the civies that dress sexy for work are asking for trouble. As a former VP-Human Resources for a large corporation, I can tell you that if you do "window shopping" at work, you are asking for a charge of sexual harassment (S-H).
I have had some of these civies stretch the corporate dress code just so they could sit somebody up for a S-H charge. Their reasons vary from trying to pressure a promotion or a raise to being pissed off at the company and using the charge as leverage for a large termination settlement.
It is very difficult to prove such against the lady and even if you get off from the charge you still have that blemish on your record. Also, it is not easy going home and telling your wife that you have a S-H complaint against you.
Now that's just boys being boys Hell yeah cat calls all around!

If we had the 1960's & 70's work environment, I'm afraid the sexies would end up owning the companies after all of the sexual harassment lawsuits. Oh for the days when I kept a case of beer chilling under my computer room's raised floor----just so we would have some refreshments after a long hard day. Of course, the best looking admin ladies were invited. It was amazing how the switchboard operator never switched it to the night lines and our SOs could not call in. (Of course, she was always the first sexy that we invited to the party.)
