Do WHAT anymore? Transfer VIP days? Use the "Cancel Membership" form?
.
mrfisher and I posted nearly simultaneously. I rechecked the forum after posting and both replies said "posted 2 minutes ago". (I then edited my post to add the search suggestion and result from 3 yrs ago about using the "Cancel" link.)

mrfisher's post was removed. I no longer remember mrfisher's reply, but TER left my reply about asking your CC company to block certain vendors (or merchants, as GaG said).

I have searched high and low, read all the FAQs, but cannot for the life of me find anyway to cancel my VIP subscription.

Does anyone know?

Making it so hidden/impossible is illegal, so asking here before I bring it to their processor's and my bank's notice.

I have also contacted the site through their email/Contact Us.

Just to clarify, I THINK the OP is asking about how to cancel AUTOMATIC RENEWAL of VIP on his CC.  I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that.

In general, I think you can ask your CC company to cease payments to a particular vendor.  In the worst case, you can ask your CC company to cancel your current card number and issue a new card number but to transfer all of your miles and other perqs to the new card.
.
Good luck solving the problem.

EDIT: Search "Cancel VIP" on the Newbie board. I found this one from 3 years ago:

Admin says: "You can always stop the recurring billing by going to 'Contact Us' (bottom of most TER pages), clicking on 'Cancel Membership' and completing the form.  If you do not know your subscription number, you can enter 1234."
.
I don't know if that works.

I will make good use of the days you have left.

Thank you,

Which means most likely he has "at most" 30 VIP days at any one time.

My advice to the OP is to, in addition to following Zack's advice of using the "contact us" tab to cancel his membership is to give a quick call to his CC company and tell them he wants a "merchant block" that will prevent his card from being billed by "CC Bill" or whatever the actual billing company is in the future. It's a lot easier to do that up front than to have to waste the time it will take to try to get a refund later. I wouldn't worry about hurting TER's "feelings" I am sure hundreds, if not thousands of people have done the exact same thing before him.

I posted the first response in this thread, but TER took it right down saying that I gave inaccurate information.

I guess they hope to milk a few more due out of people this way.
