A few weeks ago I posted about my concerns with the astronomical costs associated with T-Gel. Pleased to report that Medicare will cover this and the cost on my plan will significantly decrease for 2022. Monthly premium is $29 ( for all 5 of my meds). T-Gel cost per pump tube is $22 first 6 months….afterwards it falls to $8.50 until Jan 2023. Not too bad. Of course I have hoarded and probably have 8 months worth to start with before I need to pick these up through Medicare. I believe there is also a one time $310 deductible .

According to the literature, testosterone levels can affect erections. However you can have ED without low testosterone, so in those cases it wouldn't help. So it really depends on the patient.
Gel works. Had a low count 5 years ago and the Gel almost doubled it! Other benefits include more stamina ,as well as improved quality and qty when I experience a very enjoyable climax
I guess it's a ymmv situation with the gel. I had pituitary surgery 12 years ago, and following the surgery I started Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I started with the gel, and it was ok, but just ok. It did provide me with increased energy and sex drive for a while (I didn't experience the stronger hard-ons and larger cum loads others have related), but then the effects waned. I also found the gel messy and inconvenient. So about 10 years ago I switched to testosterone injections every two weeks. I had much better reactions to the injections than the gel. I now inject myself every 10 days, and it's easy, convenient, and has a better effect for me than the gel.
Speaking of the Testosterone Gel my doctor put me on the patch and that has done wonders for me in terms of being active and increasing my sexual functionality as well.
