That's just the way I learned to use this site.  And since I have lots of ways to find the ladies there's no need to use chat to set up  dates.

I used it once last month, just to introduce myself to a lady who I knew used it.  I was out of state and thought it would help (and it did).  Basically said Hi, and let her know I was emailing info.  I don't think I would be comfortable going on just to "chat", unless planning to see someone, this is a business for the ladies and time is money.

I can do all the "chatting" I want to do right here, and getting screened, setting up an appointment, etc has never been an issue for me, so I have never had reason to ever use "chat"

I can't speak for anyone who's used it, but it seems like it would be a perfect way for little Dungbeetle's to suck up to providers that he never plans on actually seeing.

I have been on TER for a few years and not once have I ever been contacted or contacted someone via chat.

...don't think I ever will. I did try to access it a couple of times a few years ago. The link never worked. I was merely curious. I figured if it wasn't a simple access then I definitely wasn't interested.

In fact, one I would not have selected except for her chat.  She was very interesting, and we had good times, even had OTC dates.  Another I might have selected, but again, her chat presence was very attractive!  Not on there now, only due to my ahh, situation!

The chat room would be filled many nights with as many as 75 guests and many of those people are still around and we all go back many years . Guys would pop in , read our profiles and get to know us . And then TER took those features away and the guys walked away too . I wish TER Admin would put the old chat back the way it once was it was not broken and if it's not broke don't fix it.  

I miss the good old days where one night a week a lady would showcase and guys would come ask her about services and prepare to book with her , discussing reviews and the such. It's better than having someone private message you where too many windows open and keeping up with multiple chat logs is notoriously frustrating. I have met some wonderful people from chat , both men and women who to date
have maintained contact.  

Chat was where events became popular , and members shared their geographic location making it easier to travel to that area especially when several possible interested gentlemen gathered to share information about their area and helped more women in this industry than the typical ads have. A couple of years ago , maybe longer, I attempted to have a regular chat Wednesday to introduce the new members to visit as well as current ones and now chat seems to be somewhat back and someone is there more at night.  

I'd love to repost to visit the chat but I'd like to drop in and see more people utilize it . But I really do miss the old format and I know that if TER gave it back to us , that chat would be the place to get together at certain hours of the day. I can't keep up with California and western time it feels like those
friends are there till 2:00 A.M. my time ig +and having our profiles back would certainly be a big plus .
I'm sure anyone who's been around in the good old days will agree.

I find most of the guys in chat say they will be visiting soon and just want to chat.  They act like they are going to make an appointment and then lead the conversation to anything and everything else.  I still give it a shot every now and then, but usually not very productive.  Just my take on it.
