TER General Board
Re: And this kind of GARBAGE is what makes it difficult for EVERYONE!
I beg to differ. TER doesn't always take the guy's side. And shouldn't but it's difficult to sort He Said / She Said situations. Seriously, outlier reviews stand out as questionable & give us Hobbiests a little credit for knowing that. Yes, a bogus review might hurt your business in the short term (and I'm sorry about that) but it will also damage HIS CREDIBILITY in the long run. Just as your Good Provider Reputation is Valuable SO IS his Good Client Reputation.
If I want to help a lady out... I schedule an appointment. She earns the money & we part as friends. Experienced hobbiests will always tell you, don't expect to get back "loans"... consider them gifts. If you don't want to make a gift, make an appointment (or don't).I am posting a review of a provider who I had seen before and advanced money for our next meeting only to have her no show and make excuses. I had previously gave provider a good review and told her I planned to update with a bad ripoff review, only to be told “ go ahead, I will complain to TER that I never saw you and have review removed”
Is this possible???? What good is it to write reviews if providers can control what is displayed about their services??
You can not write a review of a session that never happened.
However, you can blab about it on your local board and name her. Do that.
If I've read your post correctly, you already wrote a positive review and planned to update it after a second session. That session seems not to have happened. TER rules say you can't write a review for a session that never happened, so the girl is right in this case. If you submit it she can now use your own post to prove no second session took place. IOW, you've screwed yourself because you do not understand TER rules.
And just FYI, while you can write a second review for a session that DID happen, you will get no additional VIP days for it.
That's what you should be posting on your regional board.
Also, even if the appointment had happened, you have to wait 90 days before re-reviewing the same provider. Sorry, but the rules are the rules, I am sorry to hear you got screwed in the bad way, but you can (and should) name her on your regional board. Assuming you are telling the truth (and I have no reason to believe otherwise) you could impact her business enough that she might offer to "settle" with you, or if nothing else you will be doing your community a solid.
Never advance money to a provider. With her hourly rates, she shouldn't have cash flow problems. And since the only thing that a provider really wants from meeting with a customer is the money, your advance has just removed the primary incentive for her to show up. Sure, a smart provider might value repeat business with a generous and kind customer, but the ones with cash flow problems generally aren't smart.
For what it's worth, I learned this lesson the hard way about 20 years ago, when I first got into this hobby.
I was ripped off back in 2002 by giving money to an outcall provider who then claimed she wasn't an escort but a dancer. She took the money outside where her driver was and then came back in and got nude and started dancing and asked why I wasn't masturbating. I got really mad and she ran out of the house and left. Live and learn I would never do outcall again.
Thanks for input. In giving provider the benefit of doubt, I have reached out to amicably discuss what happened and wait for reply. I know there could be circumstances that I may be unaware of. In heat of moment we both may have overreacted. Just as I would out for being a ripoff, I would admit if I wrongly accused. In this case I hope I am wrong.
... you can still write a "rip-off" review if you wish.
Yes, I know it was stated above that you can't write a review if there was no meeting, and that's the normal case. But there's apparently an exception when money changes hands. I've seen "rip-off" reviews in which there was pre-payment for a session and the provider was an NCNS. Since you pre-paid, this exception seems to apply here.
Provider spent every penny on a drug binge for weeks. What a dissapointment. Hope she gets the help she needs.
You are a walking ATM. Are YOU JRDOWNUNDER69-ADVANCEPLUS? Are YOU a lender? You got exactly what you asked for. Ladies I see would never asask for an advance unless I was rebooking for a touring lady. And if she had to cancel she would refund the money. Who are you hanging out with?
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
