to say that a human bite poses more risk than a dog bite (to a human) may carry some truth, if the biting human has a systemic infection that he transfers to his victim via the bite - whereas the infection that the dog might be carrying (other than, say, rabies) is more likely to be "dog-specific". however, to say that a dog's mouth carries less bacteria, and is "cleaner" than a human mouth, is just silly.
