That was what happened to me a while ago -- she moved in with me, I finally could have sex any time (and she wanted too), so I got the "blue balls".  The experience was, at the beginning, you'd feel slight pain for a couple of days, but it would not undermine your desires.  Also, It's totally harmless.  After a while, even if you still do it at the pace, the "blue balls" syndrome would go away.

But, I also felt hungry for food a lot after she moved in.

About the only ting more ridiculous than the premise of this tread, are the answers supplied so far!  Your balls hurt because that's all you can think about, which is that your balls hurt!  Maybe try wearing some underwear, maybe you sat on your nuts!  And what's with these answers?  Is there a limit on how long a male can wait before an ejaculation?  Hopefully you Males(?) know that the testicles do NOT just keep making and trying to store sperm at a linear rate, and will continue to do so until either you "release" the overflow pressure, or your balls explode!
Never gone 10 days without sex, and did NOT have pain?  Regardless of the bull you hear on this board, guys go weeks, months at a time without pain.  Married guys, even longer.

Now, I don't (and don't want to) know what has caused your arousal, but being aroused beyond a certain point, then not allowing ejaculation can cause some painful situations.  But over 90% of you ejaculate comes from the prostate and not your testicles.  Maybe you have blue "Prostate".

My question to you is why would you seek health related advice on this board? I mean, just because everyone here is here because of having sex does not mean that you find a higher level of expertise regarding health matters compared to the general population. I mean is this like the replacement for high-school locker room advice? If you read the opinions posted on such things and then do a little research, you'll find that you will get a lot of erronious info.

Here's some info from WebMD:

"During arousal the testicles also increase in size due to vasocongestion, the accumulation of blood in the pelvis that occurs during arousal. Even without an orgasm, vasocongestion goes away in about an hour or so on it's own. But if it bothers you that much that you can't wait a hour or so, or the heaviness and discomfort seem severe, you may want to seek advice from a health care professional.
