I also look at the total review picture as part of my research.  I can & do discount outliers...  reviews inconsistent with her overall performance.  Often the reviewer himself will hint that the problem was on his side:  "Not my type but I went ahead anyway...  wasn't my type but I knocked down her score."
I expect some variation in the coupling experience of 2 unique individuals...  So I allow +/-1.  What I look for is consistency, with no large swings which indicate moodiness or possibly shill reviews.

tipping point in deciding to see your fav girl for the 1st time?  Was there even such a review?  
Or was it more of a lust at first sight and the reviews only confirmed what you already had a good idea about?  

FYI, this isn't a contest on who can post the funniest reviews but rather it's about sharing those reviews that have truly moved you or served otherwise to convince you that you should go ahead and see that particular girl (who is now your ATF).  

I'll post mine after most people posted theirs cuz I don't wouldn't want this post looking like a shill post.

At least not one that I didn't already want to see, OTOH a bad review,  or at least a bad one that looks and reads to be legit, could very well talk me out of seeing a woman.

I go for appearance first, if a woman's pics don't jump out at me, reading the reviews is a waste of my time.  If however, I like what I see, I then read the reviews mainly to see if the reviewers agree that her pics are accurate. I also look to see what's on the menu. If DFK, BBBJ etc are not part of what she offers I will usually pass, and then I look for a sense of her overall attitude. Does she at least convince the reviewers that she really wants to be there?

I am sure I am not alone when I say that I could not care less about the "juicy details" they are usually a lot more about the reviewer himself and his ego than they are a guide for what I can expect. I usually breeze right through them looking for signs of HER overall attitude, not what he did or did not do to her.

A girl can have ten pages of all tens and one 6/6 review is all that most guys will pay attention to.  

I think this is what some guys get off on too.  They want to be the guy who gets that attention.  The guy who dinged her just to be a dick  kinda like a review troll. Some of those reviews are honest too maybe brutally honest.  I can't see how a girl with 5 pages of 9s and 10s  would deserve a 7 or 6 unless all her reviews were written by shills,  but who knows how these ladies get their reviews. Some guys are  brutal though,  they never give a girl a 9 or a 10 even if she looks absolutely gorgeous.  So I'm thinking it's the troll or attention or trying to prove that their "standards are higher" type of psychology going on with some of them. I'm sure the girl would give him tons of attention too though,  in the form of going BSC on him.  lol

If I see a guy who rates every woman he sees in  6-6 range his 6-6 rating means no more to me than a 10-10 rating from someone like Turdwell, who has given every single provider he has ever seen a 10 in performance

and I can definitely see how a woman with all 10's might get a 7 from a guy with real standards. There are a lot of women who get nothing but 9's and 10's that I wouldn't dream of giving anything higher than a 7.  These women are the ones that manipulate the system and have rendered the numerical scores all but worthless.

I stopped doing reviews for exactly the reasons you discussed.  So often a gal with a 10/10 history is a nice looking gal.  But using a real life scale would put most of them in a 7 category.  Seriously how often does anyone see that literally drop dead gorgeous woman...anywhere?

So when I look at the reviews of today it is generally my method to knock off 2-3 appearance points and that is my expectation upon meeting someone.  That system hasn't failed me thus far.

Even using a real life scale a gal with a 7 is on the higher end of the bell shaped curve of beauty.  The gals here use the 10/10 as a tool to manipulate guys and charge much higher rates.  But it seems that it works for them...until the back channel begins to erode that illusion.

But after a few pages of reviews,  say for example the 5th page or 6th page,  the truth starts showing gradually. I could just be observing a small sample so I'm not claiming a definite trend exists but point is that it can't be sustained and at some point and after more reviews the truth may begin to surface about the girl if she had in fact been getting guys to inflate her scores.  

New girls who managed to get perfect scores the first 20 reviews can't seem to keep up their perfect record after *that* many reviews if there was manipulation going on  

As for scoring,  I'd agree with you that number system isn't perfect since beauty is in the eyes of beholder to some range.  We gotta start somewhere though.  I haven't seen a girl rated 7 with 40+ reviews I found to be drop dead gorgeous.  I also haven't seen a drop dead gorgeous girl rated at average of 7 who has 40+ reviews.  Could just be that my eyes are more in agreement with most people within same ethnicity I prefer.   One exception was seeing African American girls with perfect scores,  seems African American men prefer thicker girls.  I'd agree that girls like Lila Aubrey would be average 9+ and maybe she has more asian clients as opposed to African American men.

Unless the bad review came from someone I know and whose opinion I respect, I'll throw out a single bad review as an anomaly, or other bullshit.  Especially if I knew a few of her other reviewers who'd given her high scores.  This is why back channel is an important way to screen a new girl.

I decided to just not review one lady.  My experience with her was perfect, I know she really worked to deliver for me but it was so far from her high energy reviews that I don't want to hurt her business. I plan on seeing her again. What is a Guy to do?

Do you really think a guy is going to give even an 8 to a women with all 9's and 10's if he wants to repeat with her, even if in his mind she's really a 7,but he had a good time with her?

and that's how women keep their string of  9's and 10's going for so long. Guys just don't want to piss off the women they fuck, even when they know the scores are undeserved. Not to mention the longer her "string" of high scores is, the easier it is for her to get the lower scores removed.

Saw a new provider last week. Her reviews are all 9's and 10's for looks and performance. Great photos on her website.

A lot of things went wrong, some with her and some with me.  

Enough went right that I might want to see her again. So do I write a review that mentions everything that went wrong, and she'll never see me again, or wait to see if I try again and things are right? The third option is to write a review that's truthful without saying anything too derogatory about her, and leave the reader with the idea that it was just a session that wasn't bound to go right.

Get's thrown out, along with the best review.  Average the rest and you're probably in the ball park.  But I'm getting more and more repelled by the graphic position by position replays that are largely fiction.  I try not to write them anymore.  The numeric scores and especially the base data tells me most of what I would need to know, besides a visit to her website.

I look at services offered and if there is something she won't do that I would consider a deal breaker, I stop looking and move on (I don't have many deal breakers, but there are a few).

I then look at her overall and last 10 review scores. There is one lady I was going to try and see but have decided against it. No deal breakers that stopped me, but when I looked at her last 10 review scores, they indicated a downward trend from her overall average. Upon actually reading the reviews, I found that she apparently had not kept herself "prepared" to work in this business.

Lastly, and this is critical, I try to PM at least a guy or 2 who recently reviewed her to see if there is any other information he was willing to share. It is surprising how many guys leave out certain details in their reviews that can make or break a decision. I get why, they don't want the hassles from the ladies. But asking the source is usually beneficial.

I am way past TOFTT so I do my homework to the best of my ability. I guess that's why I have very few disappointing dates

And this is exactly the problem with Spell Check.  It only checks spelling and you did spell the word right.  But it does not check for proper usage.  Our friend scoed (Happy King of All Manginas) falls victim to this all the time.

Please see my earlier post (it's currently stuck in random moderation).  Bottom line, B_I_B did spell the word "incite" correctly, but he used it incorrectly because "insight" is the right word.  It's a difference between spelling and proper usage.
But Conan thanks you because he knows your heart was in the right place.

than they are for me to see one, with a few exceptions. A woman like HTG is such a bitch, you know her and I would get along famously, even if she is old and fat:)))

and fuck all you White Knights that are just dying to tell me that she is neither old nor fat.  Her and I have joked about MY definition of old and fat and she agrees she is not 19 and 95 lbs, so put your fucking swords and shields down already.

OTOH there are loads of women I would NOT see due to their board posts, BSC Taylor, Tiffany and Gemma are just a few that come to mind. Good natured fun is one thing, Drama queens are quite another.

Tobi has me mesmerized, just through her board participation even though she is not my typical "type".  She's got a mind and real character in there that is evident from her posts.  But my regular isn't my "type" either, so maybe I'm more flexible on "type" than I thought.
If she'd have me, (which she won't), I would date her in a heartbeat even though I have never read her reviews.  Have seen her website, though.

Tobi and maybe Amsterdam6969 are both like that for me, although Amsterdam's pics rather than posts may be her tipping point.  I have no doubts that she could teach me things I have never imagined.  Amsterdam's in DC a lot, maybe if she swung down through NC one time...

if none of the reviews reflect enjoying a service that is otherwise stated as "Yes" in the providers profile I'll not book an appointment.  
 I've known of far too many providers who have orchestrated their profiles to reflect "Yes" to services they 'don't' offer simply to get more patrons in the door.

While all the front runners like FIDIOT, Asscalade, the Dungbeetle and so many, many more shot their wads early in the year and were nowhere to be found by Dec 31, our village idiot just kept plodding along and at the end of the year was the "last moron standing"  He essentially won by default as all the other morons had left the building.

I seriously doubt that Turdy or will still be here when the votes are counted, but I'd give a hundred to one that AF will still be here, he's like a fucking cockroach, he simply won't go away.

Was when lady one called me up to complain.  I had been trying to arrange to see her and another lady with a very similar name.  Had an awful time with lady two (the LARGE snake escaping during the session had something to do with it).  Somehow, got IDs switched and I put the bad review under lady one's name.  She was pissed, and had all my contact info from working on screening me.  I eventually straightened it out (thanks, mods).
Lady one is now my regular and ATF.  She's got moxie.
