I'm  Kendall aka op aka Amazonian. I am sorry you took away with you from my post that i am knocking subs .This was not at all my intention and the furthest thing from the truth. If in fact my infection was interpreted otherwise i am sorry.  My stating he wouldn't want to bring them home to mom was not meant as a slam to subs but rather my answer to a post below this which I much like yourself now ,walked away from feeling the op didn't in fact see the true value in a sub so much so that he felt they were a dime a dozen by posing that every woman he dates or hires should provide this sort of thing for him .
 For me sub /dom relationships are quite serious not at all play and not something i can create as an illusion for an individual like a puppet show . I could i suppose but i wouldnt feel it .It for me is a soul to soul experience and conection that has little to do with any one sexual action but more with an interaction.I  personally can not regardless of trying be submissive to someone i don't feel is dominate . I say feel because it is devoid of thought and a natural carnal instinctive process,and  part of me. Yes I am a submissive in my private life , do not in any way feel i am not valuable ,lack self respect or class , not at all . Quite the opposite really.
Unfortunely i feel that although your posts can in fact be enlightening to people who do not engage in this sort of life I do think that sometimes giving people out of touch with this too much information they havent gone ahead and seeked out for themselves to be more confusing to them and not all that helpful.
You are right it is difficult to find a true sub anywhere , however i think ALT is a good place to start generally speaking
The rose garden statement was not suggesting that roses are better in some way to wild flowers only that in an intentionally groomed garden we dont find things that grow wildly like a wild flower. Instead they are found somewhere  that is a more natural setting .
I also agree that many men dream of this sort of thing but do not engage in it or embrace it . Further if in fact they did they may find it to be somewhat different than what they had expected going in, im sure you would agree.
I hope this response is more clarifying to you and  again ,i didnt mean to set off an anticipatory defence in you.
Thank you for your response it has opened my eyes to the fact i  too was pullled in by the poster i felt devalued sub women .
