I'm guessing you haven't been to Japan before. Availability of escorts in Japan is generally restricted to Japanese men. Even the "Soapland" parlors are mostly exclusive to Japanese.
You've probably heard of Shinjuku, the night life area of Tokyo. There are some decent strip joints, including some audience participation. Unlikely you'll find a full service escort as a westerner.
Don't stay at the airport -- get on the train and go into town. Be sure you're on the right train -- there's an express to Shinjuku station. If it's Shinjuku you're interested in, try the Century Hyatt or the Hilton. At today's exchange I can't imagine anything "reasonably priced " in Tokyo.
