You are correct in posting this, and for the most part, the rules are obeyed, but anytime folks have annonimity, they are likely to behave as 4th graders in the recess yard... but then again, it is good to be reminded...

You are right, that's why DC. and I both called it a RANT when talked about the rules.

For those who don't care to click on those flashy, bold red and green links all over the site, screeming out loud  "POLICIES", "Rules" etc,..  our reminders are just a asswipe flushed down the toilet...
