Guy's, when a lady tours during times of high gas prices and inflation do you opose to them raising their services a tad to better accomodate ?

Personally I wouldn't begrudge a slight increase to pay for a tank of gas.
BTW, I think I may have just decided on my golf vacation destination next year after visiting your website.
It seems to be fairly common for touring rates to be somewhat higher than normal. No problem for me.
My intitial reaction is against raising rates during times of high gas expenses. Because gas prices aren't coming down.
Neither is anything else for that matter; hotels, meals, airfare...)
My point is basically, if you're going to raise your rates then raise your rates. If it's attached to something in particular it probably be interpreted negatively (as in being nickle & dimed). I would say determine what you want to net per/ wk or per/ mo and work your way backwards.
Specifaclly regarding tours, some traveling ladies do have increased tour rates (maybe $25-$50/ hr)or charge higher amounts when visiting specific (more expensive) cities. But some don't. The reason they don't is that they have found ways to reduce their costs in various ways (train vs. fly, priceline, using earned hotel points, etc...)and this allows them a way to maintain normal rates. Affordable rates can be important to keeping a fuller dancecard. Another reason (which doesn't apply to you) is that they travel from an area where prices are low and go to sities where it's higher. Right now in ATL or Carolina some reviewed girls are charging as low as $125/hr for FS-GFE. The same girl comes to Boston and charges $200-$250 and she's thrilled. It more than covers her costs, and she's kept busy.
My thoughts anyway, nice pictures also. ![]()

Im charging higher than the going rate in Myrtle Beach and getting it. I think alot has to do with your reputation. I just go with the usual flat fee and then if there is travel involved increments for 30 minutes travel time. No one seems to complain. Everything is getting higher though but the law of supply and demand does prevail!
it is a free market... you are welcome to charge what you think the market will allow...
Your business will suffer no matter what... because the gents pocket is being hit by those same prices...
I think it sucks, but hey maybe I'll find that provider who drives a hybrid... Does lexus make one?
$xxxxx then it will take her xxxxx number of visits to buy one...
shit it would be easier for me to just get her a bus pass... think she would go for it?
lol
Rising gas prices effect everyone. It now costs me more to go drive to work and therefore I have less disposal income at the end of the day to hobby. A provider doesnt care one second about my economic plight; if I cant pay to play, I sit on the sidelines. Too bad for Hardy. Conversely, I dont care for one second what economic difficulties providers encounter. I assume that the rate they charge is appropriate and fair compensation.
You are running a business, plain and simple. Like any other expense you would incur in your travels, the rising cost of gas should be calculated into your budget when you decide to set your rates. You have expenses and are obviously entitled to make a profit. Charge accordingly.
I would not specify why you are raising your rates; just go ahead and do it. Period. I really dont care if your rates are going up due to high gas prices, increased hotel rates, the price of orange juice went up, or the local newspaper is now $1.25.
Most hobbyists will simply just accept your new rates and if they want to see you, they will without questioning the cost. If a hobbyist really cares (I guess some might) and does question you, then you can, if you wish, privately tell him why.

the market will tell you. Your prices seem to be right about in the middle of what's charged in the areas that you tour. In light of your three pages of 8's, 9's, and 10's I don't see you having a problem. A lady less highly reviewed, might very well have a problem with a higher rate, but unless you increase your rates dramatically, I doubt that you'll have a problem.
If I have targeted seeing a lady based on her reviews, site, board posts- the cost is immaterial- I like a great treat at any cost!
Notwithstanding that though, everyone has a budget- I find all the great ladies I'd ever want at the $250-$500 per hour range and don't shop the way up there rates!
If it was a hottie like you that I came to see, I'd pay the rate AND have the big red 5-gallon jug of unleaded waiting!
Well...maybe in the parking lot, the smell of kerosene in the hotel room might kill the mood.
visiting.

At $350+ an hour, is an extra $15 in gas really gonna put you in the poorhouse?
If you are traveling a significant distance to at the request of a client, an additional charge is justified. But tacking on an extra $50 for every outcall fee is just another form of upselling.
The increasing cost of gas isn't something that applies only to providers. We are all paying it out of our own pockets to get to/from work, so should you.
I was just about to ask, "With gas prices about to surge, are any of you ladies that only provide incall willing to drop your rates a bit?" That would be nice. I only see incall ladies, most at their apartments or houses. A couple have given me discounts as "a frequent flyer" so to speak. So, this doesn't apply to them. But for the others, it sure would be nice if they considered it.
