Some days she would call me up, hey rough day today I had eight. Other days she would complain about not seeing any guys in a day, so it varies.  

In NYC or LA that's not a high end rate... that rate would be about average for the cost of living so I knew many providers who could still see 10 guys a week charging that.  Flip that to a provider trying to charge that in Alabama or Louisiana and she might only see 3 guys a week at that rate, considering the average is about 250 and cost of living is probably a third of what you pay to live elsewhere.

It seems irrelevant how many clients a girl sees as long as she takes care of herself.
For me, it has varied with the stage of my life.
When I was younger, a lot more work went into seeing several people but I was able to avoid a real connection.  I didn't want to "know" my clients and seeing many people made it possible to keep things super separated...no feelings besides polite and friendly exchanges.
Now, I see one in a given day and prepare for it as a special date.

That was in 2010..... and I don't think she wanted to see that many that day, that's probably why she referred to it as a "rough" day.... I think we can use our common sense as to why she probably saw that many that day.
