The question is why? If a baby will fit coming out, then a fist will fit going in. What is stopping you from letting it all in? You need to go slow, and let your body adjust to being spread wider and wider (getting wetter and wetter is a good sign). If it hurts you too much, then it might not be the thing for you. Some women enjoy pain during sex. Those women are more likely to enjoy it. Maybe find a partner with a small hand.

At this point, I'm guessing no. It is not much bigger than what you have already done. A baby is much bigger, and does lead to changes (which Kegel exercises will help from what I understand).
