Clearly, someone doing a bad job approving this with 10/10. It's 2 1/2 years old and not another review, so I don't think it's fooling anyone though.
You are absolutely right Old Ranger. I just had to change a review score from a 9 to an 8 because of the criteria you listed. She didn't give me a BBBJ like she usually does but that was because of the way I directed the session. I gave her the 9 like I have in the past but was called out on it. It was my mistake, I knew better.
Perhaps the MOD didn't fully read your review in question.
I'd take off points for the reviewer's spelling, typos, and word substitutions and give him a C or C minus.

It’s a D, maybe D minus. All the problems you pointed out, plus the vagueness lol.
As far as the OP question, the max score rules are based on each individual session. It’s about what did or did not occur in a given meeting, not based on the profile. As that review is written, it shouldn’t be allowed to have a performance score above 7. Slipped through the cracks? I don’t know, I just know what the rules say. You could file a PR if you want.
+1 on 7 being the correct score for performance.

This is a 2-year old review, and it’s also the reviewer’s first review. The profile he set up is inconsistent with the narrative of the encounter. I’d wager a good amount that the review is fake and/or written by the provider or her manager. As to scoring it’s 7/7 at best. Admin should probably have a second look at this one.
If you're talking about the reviewer's score of the provider, that max should be a 7 according to the rules.
I'm assuming he wrote her profile since he's the only one to write a review, and the profile shows she is capable of a 10 but nothing in the review justifies it. I agree 7 is the max according to the review guidelines.
I know I’m gonna hate myself for being this pedantic, but the info in the profile would make her capable of a max 9, not ten. Kiss without tongue and no girl-girl is 9. I only bring it up because the OP mentioned max 9 according to the profile and I believe he’s correct.
You’re right this reviewer built the profile (barring an unlikely set of circumstances) I hadn’t thought about that. Profile not matching his commentary makes it all more suspicious.
Quoting someone else in a DM to me about the scoring system this one brings up one thing . This was not car date but “ under the TER scoring system one could score a 10 for performance in an $80 car date”
Maybe that is why they added the Incall score .

is a max of 7. Since the profile was set up by the same reviewer, it could have been a 9, but only the activities actually performed can be counted as they appear in the narrative. After TER changed to the beta version several years ago, in order to get a point for a scorable activity, it must actually be performed during the session. It makes no difference if it is in the profile or advertised on her website. He does not mention any activity in the narrative that entitles the provider to extra points above the basic 7 allowed under TER rules. Therefore, 7 is the max. From a basic seven, you can add an extra point for BBBJ, DFK, Anal, Double with two providers, or Gang Bang with two or more customers, up to a MAX of 7. It's not complicated. You either did these things with the provider during YOUR session, or you didn't.
Extra points can be added up to a max of ten, not seven. My apologies.

Than all the activities that actually happen during the date.
Again, whatever happens during a date can mean different things to different people. For example, a guy may get a CBJ from a girl he think was hot and deserve a 9/10, on the other hand he may gotten a BBBJCIM from a girl he think was not all that hot ,and deserve a 6/10.
