Rainy lazy saturday afternoons............

I normally love them!  What could be better than spending a rainy lazy day in bed with a lover?  Unfortunately, today I am left with myself, a classic rock station....(lots of 60's - 70's stuff)...... the computer, a very hurtful week to contemplate, and a bottle of rum,(Hey........it's five o'clock somewhere)!!@! Guess I've held it together long enough this week............ I need to let go.  Thanks for your input on my situation (below)..... and thanks for being the caring community that you are.

Yes, it's raining where I am too, and would be very  nice to spend the day in bed with a lover, but I don't have that right now, either.

I live in Phoenix, where we don't see much rain and it is hotter than hell here!

Enjoy, your rainy day and if I were close, I'd love to enjoy that bottle of rum with you ;)

I love rainy, overcast days over sunny days. I just find the darkness and rain so relaxing. I would say if it rained half the week that would be great. Is it true that in Seattle it rains 70% of the time? My kind of town.
Yes my favorite times were laying in bed during a nasty rainy day, cuddling with my spouse. I think I rather cuddle in bed during a rainy day, rather than at the beach, now that I think of it.

Seriously, Rainy days... always good to reflect on all you have... and my guess, you've a lot to be proud of...  

Watching the "pursuit of happiness" parents will do whatever to raise their kids... but to tell you the truth - this profession - if done correctly sooths a lot of heartache in this world... or at least in my world... Be well and hold your head up high!
