If another TER user asks a question about a provider, say via "mail" for VIP users... is it ok to answer it (and not have to feel paranoid it might be LE or some other fishing for information to the detriment of the provider or myself)?

if they seem legitimate (i.e. we have several review providers in common and the info seem accurate) and have a board history, I'll answer, but for someone with none, or just a few or recent history, I pass.  I would never give out private contact info or other info that i knew a provider ask be kept out of the boards (e.g. services not generally offered)
