I recently had the pleasure of meeting a gent that had an internal pump.  The 'valve'? was in his testicle and he used his thumb and finger to squeeze it several times to pump it up.  He was delightful in everyway and it in no way was a turn off. Once he got that bugger going, it was no different than any other man.  I found the whole process ingenious!!!!!!

I didn't know they were for ED when I have seen them at the adult toy store.
Now I have to get one and use it on someone.
So, when someone says they "shoulda" brought some pills. I can pull that out and go to town! lol

No problem, I was not turned off by him or the pump.

There are several different methods used to enhance or allow a gentleman to enjoy the sensations of physical pleasure.

The pump is simply one of many, and I find it a turn-off in no way.  Ingenious is a great way to describe the instrument.  I've been with a few different men that have pumps.

The only issue I ever have is getting them to deflate the contraption (lol).

I know a gentleman who got an internal pump after his diagnosis of Priapism.  He told me that prior to getting the implant,  his erections would last for hours and hours and he'd end up in the emergency room with excruciating pain.  

I do think this handy dandy tool is an ingenious contraption and in no way interferes with lovemaking.  

While the pump I described is all internal, I would have no trouble seeing a gentleman who was in need of a pump such as you describe.  I would be intrigued to see it, actually.  And, would not mind operating it for you.  Another toy in some ways!
