Why would you bother to take the time or care?

The minute I need go through some drill with another website, agency or whatever I move on.

you click on the link, it just goes to adultsearch.com.  So I doubt very seriously that the girl in the pics is a real escort.  Like others said previously, I agree it's a spam ad to get you to go to the AS site.
