9. Providers would you see a hobbyist who has whitelist entries but is also on a blacklist DNS (do not see) ?
1. Providers are you giving whitelist referrals only to clients that have the most influence in the hobby community among other hobbyists ?
2. Providers are you giving referrals to clients that you have only seen once or have spent a certain amount of money with ?
3. Providers would you give someone a referral who has not written you a review ? Suppose for what ever reason he did not want people knowing he saw you.
4. General question for everyone do you think the whitelist referral is a tool that could be abused by LE ?
5. What other types of concerns do you all have about the whitelist ?
6. Providers if you gave someone a referral on a private referral site would you give someone a referral on a public site such as this ?
7. For providers are checking on referrals what do you think if someone has no whitelist referrals but has private ones, would your opinion of the potential client be lowered ?
8. Hobbyists did you
a) have you had to post a public message to ask for a whitelist referral ?
b) send a private pm or email requesting a referral ?
c) Did not have to ask ?
10) For hobbyists who have no white referrals are you waiting to see when provider give you one or you don't care.
Do providers have to be a member to make a white list referral? My regular tried to do it, and could not find a way to place one for me. She is not a member, so maybe that is the reason.....thanks
She needs to have her reviews linked to her username. She can write to TER http://www.theeroticreview.com/info_policies/fbForm.asp?FBType=6 and ask for her username to be linked with her reviews. She should include her username and the e-mail address or phone number on her reviews to make it easier for TER to link them.
I hope that helps. ![]()
I even walked threw them step by step with a mod and I still can't make my white list work.
Here goes...
4. I am new to the business, not sure but I guess anything is possible.
5. I don't know much about it yet.
8.
a) No
b) No
c) Never asked
10. (What happened to 9?) I don't really care about referrals. I don't see alot of providers but I guess if you do see alot, you might want some referrals. Kinda like the eBay feedback thing (well you know what I mean here).
I could care less if I got a "white list" referral when anyone can look at my reviews, call or email the girls and ask them if they saw me. I don't put much emphasis on it, but then again, I assume people can tell that I'm not a bad guy to hang out with (ladies, I really am rather fun.)
Geeshe, you boys sure do have your panties in a bunch over referrals..
Pretty funny ! LOL!
Ciara, I've stopped wearing panties. The bunching was getting uncomfortable.
I think that the white list should only be visible to the VIP providers. If it's mainly to help the ladies, why does everyone need to see it? I think providers may feel pressure to white list many of their so called favorites if they white list someone else. Like "hey you white listed him, what about me?"
Right now, I only see some hobbyists using it to boost their ego. I know in some cases, it's political. Hopefully in the long run it will become just one more tool to help the providers find the real good guys.
I have turned mine off, but if I needed to be screened and it would help, I would show it to the provider. I don't really need to have everyone see my list.

Actually I think they hacked something else off (EOM)
There's no apparent difference from someone with the feature turned off, and someone without them. It simply says that you don't have any.
I agree that some are using it to pump up the image.

How would you answer the other side of that same question? Suppose a lady had some 8's, 9's & 10's, but had a 2? My sense is that the process would be the same. If she's busy, you're done. If she could use the money, then it's about who put you on each list, how much faith she puts in their opinion and what the rest of her screening process tells her about you.
For me, I guess there can be a certain convenience factor here, but in my years of hobbying, I can only remember three times that I actually needed a referal from a provider. I have seen my share, but the need for a referal has been infrequent, and only required a phone call or email to get it done.
I haven't decided, but I am not so sure I want them attached to my name in a public forum. Still thinking on that one.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
We thank you for your purchase!
Membership should be activated shortly. You'll receive notification!
