Ain't nothing like the dirty mind of a beautiful woman.  Even lets less desirable women be more desirable.  

That having been said, there is always the other problem:  For every beautiful woman, there's some guy sick of putting up with her shit.

I can't tell you how many times the initial impression sours as soon as the woman opens her mouth.  On the other hand, there's been times I've just got into a conversation with someone in business, at a coffee shop, in the grocery, whatever.  Not really attracted and then just hit it off.  Some of the worst relationships I've ever had (like my ex) were because of falling in lust at first sight and letting my little brain do the thinking.  Maybe I'm maturing.  S**t.

So, I stand by my answer.  And also admit that it is also one of several possibilities.  Like the eyes.  Just met a provider recently with the most amazing gorgeous grey eyes that it took me a bit to realize that she also had one of the hottest bodies on the planet.  Also saw a non-blurred photo that one of my faves sent me and the eyes and her look was just so hot and gorgeous.  Hopefully, both ladies see this and take the compliment!  LOL!!!  And I have a great time talking to both ladies.

There is balance, brains, beauty and attitude. All three are very important for sustaining a relationship long term. It is not a matter of extremes for most rational people.  

I know some women who are sexy as hell and a body that won’t quit but absolutely nothing upstairs. How do you have decent date with person that completely oblivious to what is going in this world?

I look at hands, feet and skin.  

I love a woman with soft, clear and flawless skin. Long tapered fingers, manicured nails are icing on the cake. Clean and soft feet, arches are a plus. & its pretty nice if her eyes don't wander in two different directions.  

For a man:
Same thing. Plus I love a great smile.

I worked with an older woman with a glass eye. I could never tell if she was looking at me or the ceiling. So, having both eyes point in the same direction is a plus. Unless it's a young Karen Black, in which case lazy eye is fine. ;)

Yes, brains, eyes, smile, etc... are all great and I enjoy each one.  But from a purely physical standpoint...the swell of her hips.  A well formed waist and a nice flare to the hips tells me I am with a woman, not a girl.
