Has anyone been able to accomplish the Eiffel Tower in a M/F/F threesome? Most reviews seem to be tag team.

The first is two guys on one gal. The second is one guy on two gals.

Eiffel Tower is 2 guys and one girl engaged as you would in spit-roasting.  Since you used the term, and I had to look it up, I thought you would at least know that it's MFM.

The only person who knows what you are asking is you because you are using terms that do not have universal meaning. Here's what I THINK you are asking ...

"tag team" seems to imply: "When you guys are with 2 Fs do you only get tag team action (illustrated as:
F-M............F' =/= F.............M-F'  and not FMF or MFF) or do you expect to have a real threesome with all parties in the mix either as FMF or FFM?"

Then, you throw in "Eiffel Tower" and "M/F/F". The usual assumption is that Eiffel Tower is MFM, not MFF. (MFM is also "spit roast"). HOWEVER, you might have in mind that the M (you?) is boinking one F, maybe in missionary, while the other F (F') is sitting on her face. That way, M and F' can join hands up high to complete the tower. Or maybe M is boinking F doggy while she fingers F' in front of her face; then M and F' can complete the tower.

How am I doing? If that is what you were trying to ask, you should have been more direct, more clear and not thrown in terms that do NOT have universal definitions.

So, if you meet with two Fs (F and F'), one common arrangement is FMF' with the guy interacting with both Fs at the same time: BJ + cunnilingus or cowgirl + face sitting or other arrangement. There is also the tag team version: FM......F' . The other alphabetization, MFF is, I think, less common and requires two Fs who are really bi and really into each other. Consider all of the possible FF interactions (kissing, 69, face sitting, ...) and then you can "plug in" the M participant wherever he fits in.  I'm thinking FF-69 and then the M can missionary the F on the bottom or doggie (K9) the F on the top. And so on.

My own experience with duos (meaning me + an FF duo) was mostly tag team. It had its fun moments but I'm not a porn star. The cost is 2F but you only get 0.5 F + 0.5 F = 1F.

If you are looking for a real MFF' (really bi interacting Fs) session, check the reviews or make sure that's what you'll get some other way (website; ask them).

Don't confuse the London Bridge with the Eiffel Tower .
