The established guys who have a list of long term regulars, and seldom look for new talent will do OK.
Gals with a long list of regular clients will likewise do OK, at least for a while, but all businesses need new clients or they start to wither.
It's the newbies who are suffering from TER being down, but where there's a will, there will be a way.
As for my personal situation, I got contacted by a long term gal who ghosted on me for a few years, but all they want to do is social stuff like movies and dining. In exchange she gives me a really good massage. At first I tried to direct the relationship to something a little more titillating, but she demurred. I am only aware of one agency not accepting new customers. Many bookers got spooked, changed numbers, etc. so it seems like all the doors are locked. Google and join forum that still discusses Kgirls for help. I am one step from disappearing so I did not maintain VIP here or I try to help you a little.

While I have access to all "Tier 1" Kgirls, I still TOFTT half the time. There is no difference between "Tier 1" or "third tier" Kgirls to me and I don't categorize them as such. I love them all the same if I find them attractive or have a good attitude. I was only disappointed a very few times when I couldn't do what I wanted.

You might want to think about TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) I did and got my Uro to prescribe and implant Testopel time release pellets and oh did they ever work. Felt like I was 30 again. treatment lasts 4 mos. and then you do it again. VERY expensive, $1400 each time although some say medicare will pay for itI couldn`t afford to do it again so switched to Clomid which works but not as well.
I miss TER badly and wonder if it will ever come back.

I read some info about Testopel. They make an incision (~1 cm) in a fatty area (abdomen or buttocks) to insert the pellets. They say to avoid physical activity for a little while after.

Is the incision deep? Shallow? Does the incision require actual sutures (stitches) to close or do they just use a surgical glue, bandages, a butterfly, or what? If a bandage loosens or comes off, it can often be replaced in the field. If you rip out a stitch or stitches, say during a powerful thrust, it could mean going back to the doctor for a repair. (There is sometimes a dermatitis reaction associated with the testosterone implant.)

Disclaimer: This is not about MY virility. I am asking for a friend.
There are basically 3 testosterone replacement options: (1) topical creams, like Androgel; (2) Implanted pellets, like Testopel; and (3) intramuscular injections, like testosterone cypionate. I have tried all 3 and the first two didn't work for me because I am a genetic mutant of some kind and can't absorb T through the skin and metabolize it too fast to use the pellets. So, now I use injections and they work well.
Creams are for people who don't care about annoying daily routines; you have to smear the shit all over your shoulders and then wash your hands like a mental patient. Then, you can't let anyone touch your shoulders, especially women or children, or they will sprout a mustache like Mike Ditka.
The pellets are for people who are annoyed by the cream-smearing routine but are pussies about doing injections. If you faint at the site of blood, but can't be bothered to add steps to your daily hygiene routine, then pellets are for you.
Injections are for people who want maximum control and the occasional SLIGHTLY-higher-than-recommended dosage ; ). But you have to stick yourself at least once a week with a fairly-long, fairly-thick needle. For me, it's worth it because I can go to the gym in my mid-50s and hang with the 20-something gym rats! When my dad was my age, he was sliding into crap shape.
Incision is def shallow on the side of your hip. Uro doc closed it with a band aid in his office and no annoyance for me. Took four or five days till back 100%. Pellets good for 4 months then re-do them again in the opposite hip. Feel the joy of morning wood once again.
Disposable funds very tight for me now so I can't justify the $1400 out of pocket. Besides, they really make me horny as hell and no funds now to see any girls.
Meantime I continue to take 50 mg "Clomid" (Clomiphene Citrate) daily Prescribed by my Uro for about $30 per month which keeps my T- levels around 500 which is better than 200. For me, either had absolutely NO side effects.
If you consider doing any Testosterone Replacement Therapy you must visit a urologist and discuss your options. Uro will then send you for blood work for a PSA (colon cancer test) and determine your current T-level. One month after Testopel I got another T-level blood test and I was 1100!
Google this stuff as there is tons of info/data on this subject.
If and when the P4P bucks start rolling in again no doubt I will go back to the Testopel again!
