PSA level testing

I assume we all know what a PSA level is and that once a year men over 50 need to have it checked along with another part of the yearly physical exam that many of us all may dread.  

I recently had an experience with a wonderful woman while traveling that was completely unexpected.  We instantly hit it off when she entered the room and things just got even better after that. She brought lots of toys with her (that I did not request) and before you knew it the room was buzzing with the happy sound of the Everready Bunny doing his job.  

Based on her profile and reviews I knew that the back door would be unlocked for me if I wanted to go there. I did not plan to see her just for that reason alone. In fact I was not even sure if that was somewhere I wanted to venture.  

However, things got very comfortable very fast after we chatted for a bit and I found myself to be the recipient of one of the toys (covered) she had brought and my PSA level was thoroughly checked.

I have never experienced this before and I hope it happens again, sooner than later.

My question is, how does one go about asking for such testing? I know some ladies who offer sensual massage offer this but many ladies I know are put off by this. Obviously I would not ask about this on the first date, but as I got to know someone would it be OK to ask? Obviously if it's listed in a review that would be a good way to find out.

PSA stands for Prostate Specific Antigen

A PSA test is a blood test that measures the level of antigen in the blood.  Elevated levels of PSA could be an early (not always accurate) measure of whether a man may have prostate cancer.  In and of itself it can not tell you whether you have cancer or not, usually a biopsy is needed for that.

I think you have Prostate Message confused with PSA test.

Euphemisms and code phrases are nice but only if the parties involved understand what the hell they mean. If someone hadn't corrected you already I would have myself since "checking my PSA" is not an established euphemism for what most people on here will simply call, by golly, "prostate massage"!

Anyway, if she doesn't advertise it and it's not in a review it's generally acceptable to ask (politely!) about special requests once you're BCD and have gotten the initial niceties out of the way - as long as its not too outrageous and freaky (that's another matter). Assuming you're seeing an experienced lady she'll very likely have already been asked the gamut of usual extras (Greek, CIM, etc.) and won't be shocked at the question.
